The living area leads directly to a terrace where you can enjoy outdoor seating and views of the garden. The open kitchen is well-appointed with two hot plates, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also includes a separate bathroom and a separate toilet.

The studio features a terrace of 6 square meters, complete with outdoor furniture, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful garden view.
