Apartment for 2, maximum 4 people. In a residential complex, with shared swimming pool. Pool opening dates: from 15/06 to 15/09.
The apartment has a double bedroom. If needed, you can use the sofa bed double in the kitchen-living room.
Well-equipped kitchen, with cooking hob, oven, kettle, Nespresso, and American coffee machine.
Table with chairs; smart-tv, free Wi-Fi.
Bathroom with shower, sink, WC, bidet. Washing machina.
Air conditioning (in the living room only, for the whole unit).
Private parking place.
Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.
Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
Driving information:
When you arrive in Cipressa, at the traffic light, take the uphill street.
- If you come from Costarainera/San Lorenzo al Mare: after the traffic light, turn right and start the uphill road.
- If you come from Aregai/Taggia: at the traffic light, turn left and start the uphill road.
Then, follow the main route.
After the historical place "Torre Gallinaro", turn left (small "LINGUEGLIETTA" sign) and stay on the main street. The owner will be by the road to welcome you.
