This was my friend and I's first visit to Sanremo.
I usually look for accommodation - hotels or apartments - on Booking. But everything there was very expensive for my period. Somehow I came across your website and found these wonderful apartments. The pictures were beautiful and they are 100% true to what we saw. I immediately wrote to the owner and she replied to me immediately. She gave me time to think about it and made a provisional booking. Within a few days I confirmed the booking and paid in advance. Everything was clear. The owner, Fabiana, was always in touch. I was of course worried, as I had never booked through this site and even more so never paid. But everything was fine. We arrived, the assistant met us, settled us in and told us everything.
The apartment is marvellous! Located close to the beach - literally 5 minutes walk. There is a separate bedroom and studio, a balcony where it is nice to have coffee, dinner, breakfast. View of the greenhouses, a little sea view. Lovely new and modern bathroom with shower cubicle and bidet. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge has a freezer - maybe it is important for someone.
The kitchen has both a bar area and a dining area.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The only thing is that there is no air conditioning. But as we were at the end of the season and it was not very hot outside - we had enough fans, they were in each room.

This apartment is very nice. It is near the best beach. The apartment was fully equipped and it was clean. Mrs Marchella (Frederico's mum) is very good women. She prepared fresh lemons and fresh basil in the fridge. Apartment has got nice garden with olive tree, lemon tree and flowers. Your car you can park in the garden. We used the grill and outdoor kitchen too. We spent a lovely time here. This apartment is suitable for families with children. Thank you very much for beautiful holiday. See you next time.
We, three adults from New Zealand, stayed here for 9 nights October 2018. We had a fabulousl stay in this very modern apartment and Viviana and her son were very easy to communicate with. This is my second time staying with Viviana and we returned again to Viviana because she is such a wonderful person. The apartment was suitable for our needs with plenty of room. A kettle would be nice and maybe another pot but other than that, everything was fine. Location and transport is excellent. We had no problems navigating to Termini and to the Vatican and back. The market place is close by and is excellent for buying meat and veges and the little supermarket store was so close. Catching the Hop on Hop off bus was close too, 10 mins walking distance. There are also some great restaurants close by.

Beautiful place in the perfect location. Amazing and accommodating hosts, we could not have asked for a better place and location to stay. Perfect driving distance to really neat neighboring towns including Matera, Alberbello, Cisternino. Very close to beach and great restaurants. If you are visiting Puglia, you will not regret staying here! The hosts are so nice and suggest great places to visit. Highly recommended!
Perfect place for a summer holiday with kids. Nino's house is steps away from a beautiful sandy beach that was uncrowded even at the height of summer vacation season. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and Nino was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Highly recommend!
Very nice apartment! Spacious and lovely decorated rooms. Very friendly owner. Two steps to Guidalocca beach. Sea view. 10 minutes drive to Castellamare harbor and to Zingaro natural park. Ideal for a couple or family with 1 or 2 children.

The villa was exactly as described on the rental site. It was great to have breakfast or an evening drink sitting on the baloney which was about 50 meters from the sea. Nice location for day trips in south central sicily.
We had a great time in this apartment. It is clean, airy and spacious.

Beautiful and large house set on the mountainside overlooking the Tyranean Sea. The house is well equipped and has plenty of space for multiple families (we had my family of five plus five additional adults...10 in total). With wifi, pool, and several large outside areas to lounge and enjoy the spectacular seaviews. Getting to the house from Sperlonga is a bit of a trek (15 min up the mountainside), but it's worth the drive.
Owner was very helpful arranging for a taxi when we arrived. Apartment was in good condition and the view from the terrace was amazing. The walk up to the apartment from the town can be a bit hard if you have lots to carry, although once you find the steps it's not so bad. Even my two-year-old son managed to walk all the way one evening. Levanto is very nice, a little larger and less busy than the Cinque Terre villages, and gelato is cheaper!
A Beautiful home with an incredible view, within walking distance of the Rio nell'Alba town's main square. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable and well equipped - all the necessities of home have been thought of.
Very quiet and relaxing with great walking trails nearby, as well as a decent bakery and little shops in town. The owners were superb and their rustic artistic touches made this place truly special.
A great opportunity to experience the real isola d'Elba.
The apartment is exactly as described in the announcement. It is spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for vacation. We stayed there for a week and immensely enjoyed it. It is located in the center of town and close to all the amenities and beaches by foot. All the necessary appliances, water, gas, electricity, plus free internet are at your disposal. Ample parking nearby. A separate thanks to the owner and manager of the apartment, Antonio. He is very welcoming, accommodating, professional, and attentive to any request you have. Upon arrival he helped us with our luggage, gave us recommendations and directions to beautiful beaches and fantastic excursions, was available at any moment of the day and answered and accommodated us in any possible way. Thank you, Antonio, for such an enjoyable stay in beautiful Sardinia! I highly recommend this property to all vacation seekers.
We spent very good time in your flat
It is very good position for family with kids, good size of the apartment ,we likes option with garage and washing machine, ok- furnishers cloud be better but it not too bad, only one thing is missing- wi-fi!
I know its old building but today it big things because we need the information’s about tourist information and also because jobs ,today you must be available for your jobs even when you on vacations. Everything else is very good

We had a great stay in a beautiful apartment, very well equipped, very spacious and remarkably clean. The sea is located 50 meters away, a small pine forest to cross and it's the beach! Very well served by buses, pedestrian paths and a cycle path from where you can easily get to Pescara or Montesilvano, shops and restaurants are nearby. Note that the parking is secure with badge access. Everything has been thought of and made us have a very good stay.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un bel appartement, très bien équipé, très spacieux et d'une propreté remarquable. La mer est située à 50 mètres, une petite pinède à traverser et c'est la plage !
Très bien desservi par les bus, les voies piétonnes et une piste cyclable d'où on peut facilement se rendre à Pescara ou Montesilvano, les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité. à noter que le parking est sécurisé avec accès par badge. Tout a été pensé et a fait que nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
Very convenient apartment for beach service. Ideal for 2 people Unfortunately there is no mirror in the house, but all in all it can be accommodated. The owner is very kind and helpful. The town is very welcoming and characteristic. We will definitely return.

We couldn't have asked for anything better! The apartment is very nice, spacious, clean, equipped with many comforts. We especially appreciated and enjoyed the covered outdoor space, surrounded by a terraced garden surrounded by greenery. Di meglio non avremmo potuto chiedere! L'appartamento è molto carino, spazioso, pulito, dotato di molti comfort. Abbiamo apprezzato e goduto soprattutto lo spazio esterno coperto, circondati da un giardino a terrazze immerso nel verde. I proprietari sono persone squisite, sono stati sempre disponibili e presenti per ogni nostra richiesta. Una vacanza meravigliosa! Grazie Antonio! Grazie Michele!
House corresponding to the description of the ad, spectacular sea view, Martino always very kind and helpful, we found everything we needed to spend a nice holiday. The first beach reachable (by car or with free shuttle bus at set times) is Porto Ottiolu (stupendous sea), followed by Budoni but, in about 15 minutes you can also reach L'Isuledda and in 18 La Cinta, both in San Teodoro. Highly recommended!!!
Casa corrispondente alla descrizione dell'annuncio, vista mare spettacolare, Martino sempre molto cortese e disponibile, abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere una bella vacanza. La prima spiaggia raggiungibile (in macchina o con bus navetta gratuita ad orari prestabiliti) è quella di Porto Ottiolu (mare stupendo), a seguire Budoni ma, in 15 minuti circa si raggiunge anche L'Isuledda e in 18 la Cinta, entrambe a San Teodoro. Consigliatissimo!!!
At Villa Conchiglia di Rosamarina di Ostuni it was nice to fall asleep lulled by the sound of the surf and wake up with the lapping of the waves. Unforgettable were the relaxing evening walks on the shoreline since the beach was practically just outside the front door. If we then add the possibility of attending shows, musical events and recreational activities in the play area, we feel like packing our bags and returning to the seaside as soon as possible, in the well-organized, clean and welcoming villa just a stone's throw from the waves, which hosted us in September. And last but not least, thanks to the owners Licio and Enza, exquisite people, hospitable, available but discreet, ready to intervene in case of need. A beautiful holiday! Mara and Mario
A Villa Conchiglia di Rosamarina di Ostuni è stato bello addormentarsi cullati dal suono della risacca e svegliarsi con lo sciabordio delle onde. Indimenticabili le rilassanti passeggiate serali sulla battigia poiché la spiaggia era praticamente appena fuori l’uscio di casa.
Se aggiungiamo poi la possibilità di assistere a spettacoli, eventi musicali e le attività ludiche nell’area giochi ci torna la voglia di fare le valigie e tornare al mare al più presto, nella villetta ben organizzata negli spazi, pulita ed accogliente a due passi dalle onde, che ci ha ospitato in settembre.
Ed infine, ma in cima a tutto, un grazie ai proprietari Licio ed Enza, persone squisite, ospitali, disponibili ma discreti, pronti ad intervenire in caso di necessità.
