The living room leads out to a terrace. There is a large room with a dressing room that has a french bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower, and a double hand-basin. The large kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. The kitchen also has an exit leading to the terrace. There is a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.

Another room, also with sloping ceilings and spanning two levels, has one bed (90 cm, length 190 cm) and one french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). The third room on the upper floor has one french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). There is a bath and toilet on the upper floor as well. The property is equipped with electric heating.
