This flat is located on the 3rd and penultimate floor of the building. It is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 10 people.

/ 2nd level :
- 1 double bedroom under the rafters with a separate shower room and toilet.
- Additional 16 m² mezzanine in the attic (under 1.90 m) with two single beds (which can be joined together to form a double bed).
The living room has a large wall-to-wall bay window giving direct access to a south-facing balcony of around 17m² with views of the mountains and the village of La Clusaz.
As this flat is located in a top-of-the-range luxury residence, you will have access to the residence's wellness area (swimming pool-sauna) . A 45-minute session must be booked the day before for the following day.
