Very well located, deserves a little refreshment (broken elements: chair, coat hook, etc.) and possibly a change of bedding (not very comfortable when you have back problems). The view is beautiful.

Perfectly located apartment, everything is within walking distance: the city center of La Rochelle or on the other side towards Angoulins. The beach is 10 m away with no road to cross, the apartment is welcoming with a beautiful terrace and a beautiful view of the ocean. The nearby park is very convenient for walking dogs and humans! Relations with the owners or the person present for entry and exit are very easy. I absolutely recommend.
Appartement parfaitement situé, tout est accessible à pied : le centre ville de La Rochelle ou de l'autre côté vers Angoulins. La plage est à 10 m sans route à traverser, l'appartement est accueillant avec une belle terrasse et belle vue sur l'océan. Le parc voisin est très pratique pour la promenade des chiens et des humains ! Les relations avec les propriétaires ou la personne présente pour l'entrée et la sortie sont très faciles. Je recommande absolument.

Rent asking to be renovated, parquet floor of the room, sliding door of the corridor impossible to close. A toaster and washing machine would be welcome, especially since there is room in the bathroom, especially when renting for several weeks. The photos of the site to be updated because the pines located in front of the balcony have really grown...Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay, Mrs. Caillaud responsible on site friendly.
très bien située et garage vraiment appréciable (dommage qu'il ne soit pas plus propre pour entreposer des affaires). Location demandant à être rénovée, parquet de la chambre, porte coulissante du couloir impossible à fermer. Un grille pain et lave linge seraient les bienvenus surtout qu'il y a de la place dans la salle d'eau surtout quand on loue plusieurs semaines. Les photos du site à actualiser car les pins situés en face du balcon ont vraiment pris de l'ampleur...Sinon, nous avons apprécié notre séjour, Mme Caillaud responsable sur place sympathique.

Ideally located for a stay without a car, the sea view is simply magnificent. The car park is very convenient as there are few places available. We had a great week and are keeping this address for a future stay in La Rochelle. Only small downside: the accommodation, although very functional, deserves a good refresh. But the view would almost make you forget this point.
Situé idéalement pour un séjour sans voiture, la vue sur mer est tout simplement magnifique. Le parking est très pratique car les places sont peu disponibles. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et conservons cette adresse pour un futur séjour à La Rochelle.
Seul petit bemol: le logement, bien que très fonctionnel, mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Mais la vue ferait presque oublier ce point.

Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse et disponibles. L'appartement est très agréable, propre et bien équipé. La vue sur l'océan est magnifique. Les vélos, mis à disposition des vacanciers, permettent de profiter des nombreuses pistes cyclables. Un endroit paisible à conseiller !
