We were very well received by Armando. His advice and kindness ensure a successful stay. The apartment is pleasant (very clean and well equipped), air-conditioned and has a terrace with magnificent views of the Gulf of La Spezia. Excellent accommodation for a great holiday.

Roberto welcomed and informed us very well. He is always ready to help while remaining very discreet. The apartment is functional and charming and the view from the terrace is spectacular.

We had a fantastic stay with Armando. This man does everything to make his guests happy. If you have any questions, he will sort it out for you and come back the next day with notes. He may have a parking space available in the center of La Spezia. He thinks along with you, not only in terms of possibilities, but also what the best cheap solution is, hates money grabs. Armando knows well where the seasonal crowds are too great and comes up with fun alternatives. He also provides a list of restaurants and, if necessary, he calls for you.
The house is very well cared for. as well as the garden. The house consists of two floors. Each apartment has one floor at its disposal. We had the bottom floor with a large garden. Garden is well cared for and enough furniture available. The location is on the outskirts of La Spezia, no heavy traffic. Armando lives next door to the apartment, so communication lines are short.
Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gekend bij Armando. Deze man doet alles om zijn gasten het naar de zin te maken. Als je vragen heb dan zoekt hij het voor je uit en komt ie de volgende dag terug met aantekeningen. Hij heeft eventueel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar in de binnenstad van La Spezia. Hij denkt enorm mee niet alleen in mogelijkheden maar ook wat de beste goedkope oplossing is, heeft een hekel aan geldklopperij. Armando weet goed waar de seizoen drukte te groot is en komt met leuke alternatieven. Ook een lijst met restaurants wordt door hem geleverd en desnoods belt hij voor je op.
De woning is zeer goed verzorgd. evenals de tuin. De woning bestaat uit twee verdiepingen. Elk appartement heeft één verdieping tot zijn beschikking. Wij hadden de onderste verdieping met daarbij een grote tuin. Tuin is goed verzorgd en genoeg meubilair beschikbaar. De locatie is aan de rand van La Spezia, geen druk verkeer. Armando woont zelf naast het appartement dus de communicatielijntjes zijn kort.
Pleasant villa with magnificent view of Levanto. Beautiful and large terrace, only the swimming pool is missing! The return from the beach climbs a bit... But the view has to be earned!

The apartment is delightful, with attention to detail with attention to furnishings, clean and welcoming. It is a surprise to find a graciously ruffled English garden on the first floor of an old house in the historic center. We had a very good time and, after 20 years of constant attendance in Levanto, we will take care of this citrus-scented corner of peace for our next visits. L'appartamento è delizioso, curato nei dettagli con attenzione all'arredamento, pulito e accogliente. E' una sorpresa trovare un giardinetto graziosamente arruffato all'inglese al primo piano di un'antica casa in pieno centro storico. Siamo stati molto bene e, dopo 20 anni di frequentazione assidua di Levanto, cureremo questo angolo di pace al profumo di agrumi per le nostre prossime visite. La signora Paola è una host accogliente e gentilissima che non manca di condividere le primizie locali. Grazie.
Luciano and Roberto are very welcoming and helpful hosts. The house is ideally located and contains everything you need for a good holiday near the Cinque Terre. The view from the terrace is absolutely magical!

How beautiful this apartment is! We stayed for a few days with my husband and our two dogs. It really feels like "home"! Tastefully decorated, welcoming, warm. It conveys a sense of love. In the center of Levanto, a few steps from the sea, shops, all services and, at the same time, quiet and with the feeling of being immersed in nature. Which really, thanks to the wonderful garden! The scent of lemons and cedars make you feel immersed in a priceless space. A special thanks to Paola, the owner, always present, is available in any situation .. Quanto è bello questo appartamento! Abbiamo soggiornato per pochi giorni con mio marito e i nostri due cani. Ci si sente veramente a “casa“! Arredato con gusto, accogliente, caldo. Trasmette un senso di amore. In pieno centro di Levanto, a pochi passi dal mare, dai negozi, da tutti i servizi e, nello stesso tempo, tranquillo e con la sensazione di essere immersi nella natura. Cosa che realmente, grazie al meraviglioso giardino! Il profumo dei limoni e dei cedri fanno sentire immersi in uno spazio impagabile. Very nice stay in a simple and comfortable accommodation, beautiful view of the terrace (not housing) on the other side of the road (very quiet). Roberto is very friendly and attentive, good advice. We recommend.

Housing located in a quiet residential area. Armando speaks French, is good advice. Adapted housing with young children: beds with umbrella + high chair. Ideal base for visiting the 5 lands and other villages in the area. Small flat: mosquitoes!

We stayed 10 days, a family of 4 with children, a larger apartment than the one in the picture with a garden, located in the center of the village and very convenient for all services. The owner very kind and helpful, we had a great time. Comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with the main and valid equipment, small dining table but enough for 4 people. The car, a Levanto problem, can be parked anywhere thanks to the pass and access to the house is allowed for unloading luggage.
Siamo stati 10 giorni, famiglia di 4 persone con bambini, appartamento più grande di quello che sembra in foto con giardino, situato nel centro del paese e comodissimo per tutti i servizi.
Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, siamo stati benissimo.
Letti comodi, cucina fornita delle principali e valide attrezzature, tavolo da pranzo piccolo ma sufficiente per 4 persone.
L’auto, un problema di Levanto, si può parcheggiare ovunque grazie al pass ed è consentito l’accesso alla casa per lo scarico dei bagagli.

We enjoyed the apartment above La Spezia for two weeks! The apartment is very tastefully and lovingly furnished and technically very well equipped. The associated garden is characterized by a shady orange / lemon hermaphrodite tree. It was always nice to have breakfast or dinner there. The location outside the bustling town of La Spezia is ideal for relaxing after a day out on the beach or in the evening. Mr. B., the landlord, is a very friendly and very helpful La Spezianer. A city tour with him gave us valuable tips for designing our time in and around La Spezia. For questions he was - or his father - anytime approachable. We have often rented a variety of apartments, but such a courtesy on the part of the landlord, we have experienced nowhere. We can recommend the apartment in the beautiful Liguria without reservation and will definitely spend another holiday there. Family G. and UH from Dusseldorf
Wir haben die Ferienwohnung oberhalb von La Spezia für zwei Wochen genossen! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet und technisch sehr gut ausgestattet. Der dazugehörende Garten ist geprägt von einem schattenspendenden Orangen-/ Zitronen-Zwitterbaum. Es war immer sehr schön, dort zu frühstücken oder abendzuessen. Die Lage außerhalb der quirligen Stadt La Spezia ist ideal, um nach einem Ausflug oder Strandtag abends entspannende Ruhe zu finden. Herr B., der Vermieter, ist ein sehr freundlicher und sehr hilfsbereiter La Spezianer. Eine Stadtrundfahrt mit ihm gab uns wertvolle Tipps für die Gestaltung unserer Zeit in und um La Spezia. Für Fragen war er - oder auch sein Vater - jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben schon oft die unterschiedlichsten Ferienwohnungen angemietet, aber so eine Zuvorkommenheit seitens des Vermieters haben wir noch nirgendwo erlebt. Wir können die Wohnung im schönen Ligurien uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden dort bestimmt noch einen weiteren Urlaub verbringen. Familie G. und U. H. aus Düsseldorf
The apartment was very nice and corresponded to the pictures in the portal. We felt very comfortable. There was nothing missing. The landlord was very accommodating. The surroundings corresponded to our ideas. We have done many trips. This will not be the last time that we book this apartment for the holidays ... :-)
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und entsprach den Bildern im Portal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend. Auch die Umgebung entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht. Das wird nicht das letzte mal gewesen sein, dass wir diese Ferienwohnung für den Urlaub buchen... :-)
Kindness, availability and helpfulness, here are some words to define Mr B., the owner. His warm welcome was inviting us to visit La Spezia for over an hour in his car. The housing is in the image of its owner, flawless! We could appreciate the view of the Gulf but also the comfort of the place. The good advice of Armando allowed us to plan the best our stay thanks to his good command of the French language. We highly recommend this rental and will not hesitate to advise our family, friends and colleagues. Go there ... eyes closed!
Gentillesse, disponibilité et serviabilité, voici quelques mots pour définir Monsieur B., le propriétaire. Son accueil a été des plus chaleureux en nous invitant à visiter La Spezia pendant plus d'une heure dans son véhicule. Le logement est à l'image de son propriétaire, irréprochable! Nous avons pu apprécier la vue sur le golfe mais aussi le confort des lieux. Les bons conseils d'Armando nous ont permis de planifier au mieux notre séjour grâce à sa bonne maîtrise de la langue française. Nous recommandons très vivement cette location et n'hésiterons pas à la conseiller à notre famille, amis et collègues. Allez y ... les yeux fermés !!
The facilities at property were excellent. The apartment is in a quite area on a hill overlooking La Sepzia. We had hired a car so getting into town was no problem. We visited many places in the surrounding area - very easy by boat, train or car. Fantastic Holiday and will certainly book this apartment again.
We had a great time in a beautiful area. The apartment is very well appointed and decorated with great taste. We enjoyed the beautiful terrace, quiet with beautiful views of the gulf of poets. The location is ideal to discover both the Cinque Terre National Park, Florence and Pisa.
