Crossing the corridor, you will find a second, more spacious living room equipped with a TV. From this living room you can access the master suite located above the garage. This room has a 160x200 bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The ground floor is also equipped with a separate toilet.
On the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, one 160x200 and the other 140x190, a bathroom with shower and WC and a playroom ideal for children.
Outside, you can enjoy the sunshine on a pleasant terrace, equipped with a table, chairs and deckchairs, or take advantage of a pretty enclosed garden of 800m².
The house is located 100m from the beach and the GR34, ideally placed for hiking enthusiasts.

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 curés recreation park, Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
