Villa Mistral features air-conditioned bedrooms, a large, covered terrace with dining table, (gas) barbecue and lounge area: the views are stunning.
There are no less than 2 swimming pools. Accessed from the central terrace (access is secured with a gate) you descend a few steps to get to this wonderful pool. On the right side is a beautiful wall and in the upper part there are two openings through which water flows continuously, like an enchanting double waterfall. This water comes directly from the children's pool above the pool, creating a continuous and refreshing flow. This unique feature provides a serene and visually appealing addition to your swimming experience.
The large pool (14 x 6 meters and from 1.20 to 1.60 meters deep) is equipped with a water alarm. On the sun terrace there are sun beds waiting for you and next to the outdoor shower there is a staircase up (also secured with a gate) and you get to the children's pool (4 x 4 m and goes from 0.05 to 0.40 cm deep) and here there is also a sun terrace with sun beds. Both pools are bordered by the lawn.
Upon arrival there is ample parking and a garage for 2 cars. A staircase takes you to the living floor. There you will find a spacious kitchen complete with American fridge and a bar area. There is a separate dining room, and parallel to the central terrace is the lounge with fireplace and television.
Villa Mistral is located in the picturesque Gard, Languedoc, an area known for its atmospheric villages, renowned wineries, gourmet restaurants and lively markets. It is also an ideal area for hiking and cycling. For adventurous families, there are nearby 'adventure' parks with climbing courses and lakes.
