Very happy with this rental, with shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, Montpellier a few kilometers. A welcome more than loving, very attentive, a large and bright apartment, well equipped, nice view of the small marina, large terrace, parking space reserved ... And above all, which was very significant since we fell in full heat wave, perfect air conditioning! In short, a rental to recommend.
Tout à fait heureux de cette location, avec des commerces et des restaurants à proximité immédiate, Montpellier à quelques kilomètres. Un accueil plus qu'aimable, très attentif, un appartement vaste et clair, bien équipé, jolie vue sur le petit port de plaisance, vaste terrasse, emplacement de parking réservé… Et surtout, ce qui était très appréciable puisque nous sommes tombés en pleine canicule, une climatisation impeccable ! Bref, une location à recommander.
This is the second time we rent this apartment. The first time in winter and then in summer. Great location for the beaches, the center of Montpellier, and the shops of Port Ariane.

Location very well located with a balcony overlooking the marina, 8 minutes drive from the beach. Quiet but lively place with good tables at the foot of the residence (Oxalis, Cirta but also the bakery ...). The accommodation is very well equipped and functional, we quickly took our habits. We really enjoyed having all the baby equipment available and also found on arrival some sopalin, oil and salt supplies so we did not run shopping on arrival. We had a good contact with the owner and the person from the agency mandated on site is nice and available. We had a fantastic holiday in the area and would highly recommend this location.
Location très bien située avec un balcon donnant sur le port de plaisance, a 8 minutes en voiture de la plage. Endroit calme mais animé avec de bonnes tables au pied de la résidence (L'Oxalis, le Cirta mais aussi la boulangerie...).
Le logement est très bien équipé et fonctionnel, nous y avons rapidement pris nos habitudes. Nous avons vraiment apprécié avoir tout l'équipement pour bébé à disposition et aussi trouvé à notre arrivée quelques fournitures type sopalin, huile et sel pour ne pas courir faire les courses à notre arrivée.
Nous avons eu un bon contact avec le propriétaire et la personne de l'agence mandatée sur place est agréable et disponible.
Nous avons passe de formidables vacances dans la région et recommandons vivement cette location.

Weak points : No bike storage. A mobile air conditioner would be much appreciated; especially in exceptional heat waves.

I am satisfied, rental corresponding exactly to the description of the ad. However, the manager was not present the day of my arrival to the keys and the lease has been signed two days later, causing an attendance requirement that I could have done without me. Also difficult to use the remote control to open the very temperamental parking. Otherwise, RAS.

Cependant, le gestionnaire n'était pas présent le jour de mon arrivée pour la remise des clés, et le contrat de location a dû être signé 2 jours plus tard, occasionnant une obligation de présence dont je me serais bien passée. Difficulté aussi d'utilisation de la télécommande d'ouverture du parking très capricieuse. Sinon, RAS.
We had a great time at this well located 2 bedroom apartment on the beach. The owner's mother, who checked us in, is lovely, and made us feel very welcome, despite our modeest capabilities in the French language. If you have small children the apartment. is ideal: there are 2 playgrounds within a 2-3 minute walk of the front door and the owner has stocked a good number of toys at the apartment itself.
Basic amenities are also only a 2-3 minute walk, and the town's main area (along the canal) is about a 15 minute walk, meaning it is close enough to go anytime you want, but you are far enough away that the apartment is not at all noisy. One thing I would recommend to English speaking renters: a small English-French dictionary would be helpful for getting the most out of the oven, which is a Whirlpool JetChef (a multi function oven - much more than a convection oven-microwave combo that we are used to in North America). It's not rocket science, but there are a LOT of cooking method options with some specialized cooking terminology in the manual, which is only in French.
We had a great week of vacation in this apartment. A very warm welcome by the owners. The apartment is stunning, offering a beautiful view, beach side, swimming pool and another on the lake and the city. It is very well equipped oven, washing machine, dishwasher and several models of coffee makers. No negative point apart from a piece of furniture to add or leave space in a cupboard to be able to store groceries and a vacuum cleaner may need to be renewed because it has lived and makes a lot of noise but nothing annoying to spend a great vacation :) We will not hesitate to rent it again in a few years. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans cet appartement. Un très bel accueil par les propriétaires. L’appartement est renversant, offrant une belle vue, côté plage, piscine et une autre sur le lac et la ville. Il est très bien équipé four, machine à laver, lave vaisselle et plusieurs modèles de cafetières. Pas de point négatif à part un meuble à rajouter ou laisser de l’espace dans un placard pour pouvoir ranger les courses et un aspirateur peut être à renouveler car il a vécu et fait beaucoup de bruit mais rien de gênant pour passer de superbes vacances :)
Nous n’hésiterons pas à le relouer dans quelques années.

Very welcoming and really nice owners. The accommodation is very clean, very well equipped (dishes, washing machine, hob, microwave and coffee maker, with also tableware and kitchen utensils and even a small barbecue) it is located a few meters from the beach, a bus stop and small shops which are also quite close. The owners lent us baby furniture (travel cot, bathtub and high chair), which allowed us to travel more "lightly". We had a great stay and would be happy to rent this property again for future vacations.

Le logement est très propre, très bien équipé (la-vaisselle, lave-linge, plaque de cuisson, micro ondes et cafetière, avec également service de table et ustensiles de cuisine et même un petit barbecue) il est situé à quelques mètres de la plage. d'un arrêt de bus et des petits commerces qui sont assez proches également.
Les propriétaires nous ont prêté du mobilier pour bébé (lit parapluie, baignoire et chaise haute), ce qui nous a permis de voyager plus "léger".
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous serons ravis de louer à nouveau ce logement pour des vacances futures.

We had a great holiday in this charming apartment just a stone's throw from the sea and the activities offered by the town of Palavas (very good restaurants, ice cream parlors, children's games, mini golf, Luna Park Arena, etc.) and of course its beautiful sandy beaches. But the washing machine needs to be replaced, bearings are defective, it's leaking a bit, unfortunately the rubbers are missing.

Aber die Waschmaschine müsste mal ausgetauscht werden, Lager defekt, läuft etwas aus, leider sind die Gummis versparkt.
