This apartment is in a recent building, constructed in the traditional chalet style, well situated in the Chinaillon village, area of the Grand Bornand resort, between the ski lifts and the main shopping and restaurant street with an internal lift to both. Entry is via a lift or stairs from both upper and lower entrances. Its 91m² surface area can sleep 8 people, in 4 bedrooms, and has 4 bathrooms. It is fully centrally heated. The apartment is soundproofed and very quiet. It is extremely well equipped. There is free broadband wifi internet as well as a landline.
Bedroom 1 has an en-suite with a bath, basin and toilet. Bedroom 2 has access to a shower room with basin and toilet. Bedroom 3 has access to a bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. Bedroom 4 is en-suite with a shower, basin and toilet.
