Superb spacious villa located on the coast with spectacular views of the ocean, the islands of Saintes, Marie Galante and Basse Terre. Panoramic pool of 12m x 4m (see video at the end of the photo album).
The house is located on the tourist road in a quiet residence, 10 minutes walk, less than 3 minutes by car from one of the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe '' les raisins Clairs ''. Direct access to the sea less than 50 m, and less than 200m from a small natural cove.
The city center of Saint François is 5 minutes by car, with casino, 18-hole international golf course, marina, shops, beauty treatments, bars, restaurants, market, ferry for excursions to nearby islands and a multitude of sports and nautical activities.
The villa is composed of 4 air conditioned bedrooms including 3 overlooking a large terrace upstairs with stunning views of the ocean, 3 bathrooms upstairs and a bathroom on the ground floor, shower exterior. The kitchen provided with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave. The scullery with washing machine and dryer and fridge. A living room, a dining room, a small living room with a sofa bed. A large terrace on the ground floor with garden furniture and a large table to eat with views of the ocean and the pool.

La maison est située sur la route touristique au sein d’une résidence calme, 10 mn à pieds, moins de 3mn en voiture d’une des plus belles plages de la Guadeloupe ‘’les raisins Clairs’’. Accès direct à la mer a moins de 50 m, et moins de 200m d’une petite crique naturelle.
Le centre-ville de Saint François est à 5 mn en voiture, avec casino, golf international de 18 trous, port de plaisance, magasins, soins esthétiques, bars, restaurants, marché, Ferry pour excursions dans les iles voisines et une multitude d’activités sportives et nautiques.
La villa est composée de 4 chambres climatisées dont 3 donnant sur une grande terrasse a l’étage avec vue imprenable sur l’Océan, 3 salles d’eau à l’étage et une salle d’eau au rez-de-jardin, douche extérieure. La cuisine fournie avec lave-vaisselle, frigidaire, four, micro-onde. L’arrière-cuisine avec lave-linge et sèche-linge et frigidaire. Un salon, une salle à manger, un petit salon avec un canape couchage. Une grande terrasse au rez-de-jardin avec salon de jardin et une grande table pour pouvoir manger avec vue sur l’océan et la piscine.
Piscine panoramique a débordement de 12 m X 4m avec traitement au sel, en bordure de l’océan est sécurisée par une alarme périmétrique.
