Owner was very helpful arranging for a taxi when we arrived. Apartment was in good condition and the view from the terrace was amazing. The walk up to the apartment from the town can be a bit hard if you have lots to carry, although once you find the steps it's not so bad. Even my two-year-old son managed to walk all the way one evening. Levanto is very nice, a little larger and less busy than the Cinque Terre villages, and gelato is cheaper!
I found the property very tranquil, relaxing and peaceful. It's paradise and would be a great place to reconnect with yourself. The gardens are beautiful , a real labour of love and the dogs made great company and were adorable.
Ezia is a wonderful hostess and is always there for you if you need anything. I would hope to return in the future.

It was a wonderful holiday with Ezia. She is always there when you need her and is absolutely helpful. The pool and the whirlpool were always very clean and ideal for relaxing. The whole apartment was very, very clean. Nothing was missing. There was also a TV in every room, but you didn't need it because it was just so beautiful outside. The walk down took about 10 minutes and then you were right by the sea, in the shopping area and at the marina. The walk up is a bit strenuous, but there are buses and taxis. There are also good hourly train connections to France. All in all, a successful holiday. A big thank you to Ezia and a kiss to the three dogs who were really sweet.
Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub bei Ezia.
Sie ist immer da wenn man sie braucht und absolut hilfsbereit. Der Pool und der Whirlpool war immer sehr sauber und zum relaxen ideal. Genauso wie die ganze Wohnung sehr, sehr sauber war. Es fehlte an nichts. Auch war in jedem Zimmer ein Fernseher, den man aber nicht brauchte, da es draußen einfach nur schön war.
Der Weg nach unten dauerte ca 10 min. Und dann war man schon direkt am Meer, in der Shoppingmeile und am Yachthafen. Der Weg nach oben ist ein bisschen anstrengend, aber es fahren Busse oder Taxis.
Auch hat man stündlich eine gute Zuganbindung nach Frankreich . Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.
Ein großes Dankeschön an Ezia und ein Küsschen für die drei Hunde, die total lieb waren.

My husband and I have been coming to Sanremo for 8 years. For the last 3 of them we stayed with Ezia and we will definitely be coming back! The property is really great with a spectacular view, beautiful garden, big pool and spacious apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you could ever need. Ezia is really friendly and helpful. When on vacation, we like to do a bit sightseeing. Thanks to Ezia, we discovered quite a few hidden gems both inside Sanremo as well as around it. The dogs are really cute and they love the attention, so we became good friends with them too. All in all, great place that we always are looking forward to come back to. Fabulous location! The house is perfect. Air conditioning, super fast Internet, garden with everything you could want: table, chairs, deckchairs and umbrella. There are also beach chairs: very comfortable. The mattresses are clean and very comfortable. The water jet in the shower is perfect. The bar next door is very convenient. At the entrance a jet of water to rinse your feet full of sea sand. A wonderful place with a megaaaaaa cool host :). Suitable for families and groups of friends. We will return. Posizione favolosa ! La casetta è perfetta . Aria condizionata, Internet super veloce, giardino con tutto quello che si può desiderare: tavolo , sedie, sdrai e ombrellone . Ci sono anche le sedioline da mare : comodissime. I materassi sono puliti e molto comodi. Il getto dell’acqua nella doccia è perfetto. Il bar accanto comodissimo. All’entrata un getto d’acqua per risciacquare i piedi pieni di sabbia del mare. Un posto meraviglioso con una host megaaaaaa cool :) . Adatto a famiglie e gruppi di amici. Noi torneremo. I had a very good time. The owner is very kind and precise. He also left us all the written instructions for the keys, how to get to the beach and the apartment was spotless and full of comfort. He also left us the basic necessities upon arrival (water, coffee, bathroom, etc.) The house is practically new and very comfortable. The location of the house also allowed us to visit many places I highly recommend it
Mi sono trovata molto bene. Il proprietario è molto gentile e preciso. Ci ha anche lasciato tutte le istruzioni scritte per le chiavi, come arrivare alla spiaggia e l\'appartamento era pulitissimo e pieno di comfort. Ci ha anche lasciato le cose di prima necessità all\'arrivo (acqua, caffè, bagno, ecc..) La casa è praticamente nuova e molto comoda.
La posizione della casa ci ha anche permesso di visitare molti posti

My husband and I have visited this property two years in a row now and will definitely go back next year as well. This place is super inviting from the moment you walk in. The house is in a fantastic location, the view is breathtaking. The garden is lovely and the area around offers various lovely spots to sit and enjoy the views. The pool is perfect. The communication with the owners has worked well from the beginning, questions were always answered right away. Our host Ezia is wonderful and warm hearted and she gave us lots of useful tips and helped whenever we had questions and made us feel at home right away. This place offers everything you need for a perfect stay. We can only recommend it, you can not get enough of it. Great vacation, unfortunately much too short :-) Thank you!

Spettacolare vista sul golfo di Moneglia con due terrazze; una al piano basso del giardino dove si può consumare il pranzo nella più assoluta tranquillità, con una vista del mare bellissima e riposarsi al fresco delle piante.

I spent a truly fulfilling weekend. The location was comfortable and relaxing, Mrs. Ezia was very welcoming and helpful. A small Eden of vegetation and perfumes. You can even avoid going down to the sea as the structure offers from the swimming pool, to the solarium to the open spaces that satisfy every need. In any case, for those wishing to stroll, the center can be quickly reached via shortcuts that allow you to discover incredible glimpses of Sanremo. In addition, three loving dogs kept me company that I was sincerely sorry to leave, but that I will definitely meet again because I will soon be back for a longer holiday. I add that I had breakfast on the solarium and. in addition to admiring the splendid panorama, I enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice from Ezia's garden. Definitely recommend!!!!!!
Ho trascorso un week end veramente appagante. La location era confortevole e rilassante, la Signora Ezia è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. Un piccolo Eden di vegetazione e profumi.
Si può addirittura evitare di scendere al mare in quanto la struttura offre dalla piscina, al solarium agli spazi aperti che soddisfano ogni esigenza. In ogni caso per chi volesse passeggiare, il centro è velocemente raggiungibile attraverso scorciatoie che permettono di scoprire scorci di Sanremo incredibili. Inoltre, mi hanno fatto compagnia tre amorevoli cani che sinceramente mi è dispiaciuto lasciare, ma che ritroverò sicuramente perché presto tornerò per una vacanza più lunga. Aggiungo che facevo colazione sul solarium e. oltre ad ammirare lo splendido panorama, mi gustavo le spremute di arance e limoni dell'orto di Ezia. Sicuramente lo consiglio!!!!!!

Roberto welcomed and informed us very well. He is always ready to help while remaining very discreet. The apartment is functional and charming and the view from the terrace is spectacular.

We were more than satisfied with the very well equipped apartment. In the kitchen there was everything you needed, including a washing machine and iron. The garden with a large pool and several seating areas is simply fantastic, the view of the sea is terrific. Even as a disabled person, I got along very well with the apartment and garden. Ezia was very friendly and always approachable and helpful for us. Sir was always at our side with advice and action. We would come back anytime.
Wir waren mit der sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung mehr als zufrieden. ln der Küche war alles vorhanden was man brauchte,auch Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen. Der Garten mit großem Pool und mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten einfach Phantastisch, der Ausblick auf das Meer grandios. Auch als gehbehinderter kam ich mit Wohnung und Garten sehr gut zurecht.
Ezia war sehr freundlich und jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Sir stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
We had a fantastic stay with Armando. This man does everything to make his guests happy. If you have any questions, he will sort it out for you and come back the next day with notes. He may have a parking space available in the center of La Spezia. He thinks along with you, not only in terms of possibilities, but also what the best cheap solution is, hates money grabs. Armando knows well where the seasonal crowds are too great and comes up with fun alternatives. He also provides a list of restaurants and, if necessary, he calls for you.
The house is very well cared for. as well as the garden. The house consists of two floors. Each apartment has one floor at its disposal. We had the bottom floor with a large garden. Garden is well cared for and enough furniture available. The location is on the outskirts of La Spezia, no heavy traffic. Armando lives next door to the apartment, so communication lines are short.
Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gekend bij Armando. Deze man doet alles om zijn gasten het naar de zin te maken. Als je vragen heb dan zoekt hij het voor je uit en komt ie de volgende dag terug met aantekeningen. Hij heeft eventueel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar in de binnenstad van La Spezia. Hij denkt enorm mee niet alleen in mogelijkheden maar ook wat de beste goedkope oplossing is, heeft een hekel aan geldklopperij. Armando weet goed waar de seizoen drukte te groot is en komt met leuke alternatieven. Ook een lijst met restaurants wordt door hem geleverd en desnoods belt hij voor je op.
De woning is zeer goed verzorgd. evenals de tuin. De woning bestaat uit twee verdiepingen. Elk appartement heeft één verdieping tot zijn beschikking. Wij hadden de onderste verdieping met daarbij een grote tuin. Tuin is goed verzorgd en genoeg meubilair beschikbaar. De locatie is aan de rand van La Spezia, geen druk verkeer. Armando woont zelf naast het appartement dus de communicatielijntjes zijn kort.
