You cannot miss in summer, one of the most anticipated events on the Costa Brava, which is the Blanes International Fireworks Competition with a duration of 5 nights.
Every year, thousands of people gather on the beach to enjoy this magnificent spectacle.


· There is no private parking. There is public parking (you need to pay) in the same apartment street and Port (blue payment area).

· Blanes has a large free public parking located in front of the public library, 20 minute walking from the apartment.

· Barcelona-El Prat airport 85 Km. Girona-Costa Brava airport 30 Km.

· Train station is located on the outskirts of the Blanes town, with intercity bus and taxi service.

· Blanes bus station with connection to airports and coastal towns.

· Blanes is a Family Tourist Destination: beaches, promenade, shops and restaurants, boat trips, sports, children's playground, botanical gardens ...

· You can also visit the beautiful Costa Brava beaches and towns and Girona city and Barcelona city.

Check in:
· The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

Late arrival option from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: Price €50 per reservation (payment on arrival)
Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival)
· Option outside check-in hours with a safety box in the office at no cost.

·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made.

·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.


Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.

IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.


Beach towels are not provided.

Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.
Reglas:

· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.

· Pets Allowed up to 10 kilos: it has an extra cost of 6€/day/pet. For bookings with more than 7 days the maximum price will be 42€/pet/reservation.

· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.

- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery in the property or for any loss during your stay.
