Welcome to my brand new, high-end furnished apartment in a vibrant downtown of Warsaw! Central, yet off the main street, it's quiet and has a great connection to public transport. Everything here is designed with a high level of attention to detail. The jewel in the crown of this place is an extraordinary mural made by one of the Warsaw's top street artist Nespoon. This space is perfect for singles, couples, both tourists and business trips.
Featuring wooden floor, modern lighting, and a large storage for your belongings. The living has a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, a desk, and new TV-audio equipment with 150+ channels and a Netflix account. A fully equipped kitchen is supplied with ingredients to fix yourself a healthy breakfast (milk, oats, muesli, organic jam and honey from a beekeeper friend), and a table for 4. Clean bathroom has fresh towels and washing cosmetics. The wifi is fast for your convenience.
Please note there is no air conditioning system in the building. However, we have provided a large cold air cooler with instructions to help you feel comfortable in the summer heat :)
You'll notice artwork hanging in the kitchen - it is for sale! This space is filled with modern comforts for your enjoyment. You'll love it!

To make your stay with us comfortable and convenient, we've included a few things in the apartment for you:
> PLEASE NOTE: if you need extra bedding, an extra blanket or a towel, you will find them in the wardrobe or in the sofa. However, please let me know if you want to use them.
> PLEASE NOTE: we do not provide laundry detergent. if there is some in the apartment from a previous guest, feel free to use it! otherwise, you will have to purchase some yourself :)
> PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping supplies are kept in one of the closets, use them only if you feel the need to vacuum or mop. if you need an extra blanket, towel, etc., feel free to take one, but please let me know before you do! :)
Although we may not be at the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary :) If you wish, we can meet for coffee or lunch! Also, you are welcome to come and visit us at our extraordinary office space in a historical building that you normally would never enter.
Close to Warsaw University of Technology, the area is safe, trendy, and contemporary. Nearby Hala Koszyki impresses with its architecture. It is full of shops and delicious restaurants. There is also a large central bar inside.
Take a stroll down Poznanska or Wilcza streets. Here you can feel the vibrant pulse of Warsaw. Close by there is a Saviour Square (Plac Zbawiciela) as well. Endearingly named 'hipster square', a mecca for both locals and visitors to hang out and meet new people. You will absolutely love the area!

- train: to/from Dworzec Centralny - Central Railway Station - 5zl
Warsaw MODLIN (WMI):
- bus: depending on the time of day: approx. 30-40zl
- train: more frequent service: approx. 30zl
For an additional fee, we can arrange a taxi pick up / drop off (where the driver will assist you from the terminal to car) at the following airports:
- taxi to CHOPIN AIRPORT: 25 euro
- taxi from CHOPIN AIRPORT: 30 euro
- roundtrip CHOPIN AIRPORT: 45 euro
- taxi to MODLIN AIRPORT: 45 euro
- taxi from MODLIN AIRPORT: 55 euro

Also, note that UBER works very well in Warsaw and is cheap!

TIPS about PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
Warsaw has an extensive bus and tram system crisscrossing the city, a good metro system running from north to south, and a second line running east to west.
* Bus 175 will take You straight from Chopin Airport to the Central Station. From there you can walk. The ride usually takes around 30 min.
Tickets (all valid for use on the metro, bus and tram) can be bought from a series of ticket machines with instructions in English dotted around the city, at all metro stations, and from machines on buses and trams, where you can pay by card, or using exact change only.
The prices of selected tickets - zone 1:
• 75-minute ticket - 4,40 PLN, discount - 2,20 PLN
• One-day ticket (valid 24h): standard - 15,00 PLN, discount - 7,50 PLN
• Three-day ticket: standard - 36,00 PLN, discount - 18,00 PLN
The prices of selected tickets - zone 1 and 2:
• 20-minute ticket - 3,40 PLN, discount - 1,70 PLN
• 90-minute ticket - 7,00 PLN, discount - 3,50 PLN
• One-day ticket (valid 24h): standard - 26,00 PLN, discount - 13,00 PLN
• Weekend ticket: standard - 24,00 PLN, discount - 12,00 PLN
• Group weekend ticket, up to 5 people - 40,00 PLN
• Three-day ticket: standard - 57,00 PLN, discount - 28,50 PLN
Tickets must be validated immediately after entering the bus or tram, or at the gates leading to platforms in the case of the metro.
CAR PARKING:
Street parking costs about 10 euro / day if you are travelling by car.
If you prefer a parking garage, there is a parking garage about a 5-minute walk from the apartment, at Hala Koszyki (address Koszykowa 63).
