Being in the city center is a privilege. Having the freedom to leave home and get to the various points of interest without much effort is ideal for those who like to get to know the city on foot.
This pleasant city apartment, located on one of the city's main arteries, is close to the main accesses to the highway that connects the east, west and north of the island, as well as the streets that give access to the city center.
Simply decorated, practical and functional, the apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, dining table and natural light. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook your own meals.
The property has air conditioning and can accommodate a maximum of four people.
If you want to rent a car, you can park for free in the building's garage.

AREA
This apartment is located in a privileged central area, right in the heart of the city of Funchal. 10 minutes walk from the Mercado dos Lavradores and the Old Town of Funchal, from here you can explore the various tourist attractions of our beautiful city (e.g. Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Cathedral, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc...)
In addition to these amenities, close to the house (10 minutes walk) there is the 'La Vie' shopping centre with several shops, cafés, restaurants and a medium-sized supermarket.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. You can park in the garage of the building.
There is a bus stop right in front of the building, so public transport is an option.

You have access to all areas of the property.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

RULES
We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
