Near everything. The location of the apartment is excellent because it is a 5-minute walk from the metro, and close to Mercadona and a gas station. You can walk perfectly to the bar and beach area. Increíble. El alojamiento está genial, recién reformado, super cómodo y tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. La decoración de la casa es perfecta y te sientes como en tu propia casa. Cerca de todo. La localización del piso es excelente porque esta a 5 min a pie del metro, y cerca de Mercadona y gasolinera. Se puede ir a pie perfectamente hasta la zona de bares y de playa. Un lujo. Repetiremos.

The accommodation is ideal to go as a couple, both to go to rest and to spend a week doing activities, it has enough nearby things to go to visit, the beach is 10 minutes away on foot and it has a communal pool in good condition and generally there is no many people with what is very calm too. The apartment is recently renovated and furnished, the cleanliness is exemplary as well as the treatment with Catalina, with the neighbors no problem and the area is quite quiet, more than recommended. El alojamiento es idoneo para ir en pareja, tanto para ir a descansar como para pasar una semana realizando actividades, tiene bastantes cosas cercanas para ir a visitar, la playa esta a 10 minutos andando y tiene piscina comunitaria en buenas condiciones y generalmente no suele haber mucha gente con lo que se esta muy tranquilo también. El apartamento esta recien reformado y amueblado, la limpieza ejemplar al igual que el trato con Catalina, con los vecinos ningún problema y la zona es bastante tranquila, mas que recomendable. Volveremos seguro!!

Shower gel and shampoo also available. Very much appreciated. Owner very friendly and available for any help or advice.
