We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and "codice fiscale", while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio.
For our customers we offer three charming two-room apartments, with the particularity of having a splendid view of the coast that goes from Capo Enfola to the Paolina beach. The Paolina beach, 1 km from the apartment, takes its name from the islet opposite, named in honor of Napoleon Bonaparte's sister, which can be easily reached by swimming. At about 350/500 (depending on which height of the residence you will be staying at) you can instead reach the cove of Redinoce.

Two-room apartment, composed of living room with kitchenette, digital TV, double sofa bed (ideal for two children); a double bedroom; a bathroom with shower. It also has air conditioning for a fee, a small garden with sea view equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners and a private parking space.
