The Ilaria 2 is a practical and cozy 3-room apartment measuring 80 square meters, located on the first floor. It comprises a living/sleeping room with a sofa bed and satellite TV, as well as an exit to the balcony offering great views. Additionally, there is one room with a comfortable French bed measuring 160 centimeters and another room with two beds measuring 80 centimeters, both of which have exits to the balcony.
Amenities Included
The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen that features an oven, four gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table and an exit to the balcony. It also has a shower/bidet/WC for all guests. Gas heating is provided from November 1st to April 15th. For added convenience, the apartment offers a washing machine, iron facilities, and free WiFi. Guests can enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony furniture available in the two balconies and the 50-square-meter garden. A box-room is also provided.
Other Information
For guests traveling by car, a reserved parking space (fenced for one car) is available at the house. Please note that the apartment is strictly for non-smokers only, and a private entrance is provided for guests. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can enjoy a comfortable and convenient vacation in this well-appointed apartment.
