- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation guarantee for Lockdown = In the event that you have to cancel your stay due to lockdowns issued by governments in the 30 days prior to check-in due to the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic: national lockdown Italy; local lockdown in Italy concerning the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation); national lockdown of your country of residence; local lockdown in Italy in the Municipality or in the area of residence.

Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00 per animal per week or part of week).

Villa Elettra is a beautiful Marche farmhouse with a swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, air conditioning, and views over the village of San Costanzo and the sea. The villa is only 8 minutes from the coast of the Adriatic Sea.
Interior:
On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining room, and two large living rooms with access to the porch, a bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Going up the stairs, on the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the same floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. In the dependence, also with air conditioning, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Park:
The external area is completely fenced and extends over an area of 3000m² used as a park with a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, and solarium. Furthermore, at guests' disposal, there are table tennis and table football. In the external area, there are aromatic herbs, rosemary, and olive trees.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool measures 12x5 meters, has a depth of 1.40 meters, and will be open from 1 May to 1 October
