Bien que la résidence soit assez grande, elle est très calme et, argument non négligeable pour ceux qui ne veulent plus prendre la voiture une fois posé, proche des plages et du port (à peine 10 min.) Seul petit bémol, les places de parc sont vraiment étroites.
