In the surrounding area there are beautiful, white sandy beaches and vast forests which offer biking and hiking trails and many activities for all ages. The park consists of several villas, all built in American style and situated in a magnificent surrounding. Each villa has its own private pool and parking. You can also use the gardens, the swimming pool and the playground near the Hotel du Golf. Special tariffs for golf, except July and August.
Interior
Your villa with swimming pool and an area of 90m² is located about 1 km from the white sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean and close to restaurants and shops from "Moliets Plage" with several hiking and biking trails through the dunes. The villa can accommodate up to 8 persons and has a living room with a sofa bed, a satellite TV and a fireplace. There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. At your disposal there is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture having access to the pool. Fully fitted and functional, this villa has three bedrooms: a main bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with spa bath or bathtub, and two other bedrooms each furnished with a double bed or two single beds. There is a shower room and a separated WC, and in some villas there is another additional bathroom. Electricity and water charges are not included in the price and are payable on the spot.
Surroundings
Moliets is located in the southern part of the Landes department, at about 60 kilometers from Biarittz. Characteristic of this region are the vast pine forests, white sandy beaches and the mild climate. The ocean attracts surfers, swimmers and sun lovers. There are also special beach volleyball fields on which you can play for free. In addition to the numerous sporting activities you can enjoy music, theater and other cultural events in the summer. The culinary specialties of the region are available in the restaurants in the villages. The wines of the region can not be skip. Explore a beautiful region with much to do and discover.
