For several years, we have been renting this apartment in Monte Gordo, a real pleasure to return there. Mr Helder is very professional and available if there is a problem. Just one little piece of advice: change the sofa which is not very comfortable. Otherwise the apartment is very clean, large and well located for a pleasant vacation.
Depuis plusieurs années, on loue cet appartement à Monte gordo un réel plaisir d'y retourner. Mr Helder est très professionnel et disponible si souci. Un seul petit conseil changer le canapé qui est pas très confortable.
Sinon l'appartement est très propre, grand et bien situé pour passer d'agréables vacances.

The owner is an excellent person and is always available for any problems. The house itself is very spacious, equipped and with a beautiful view which made waking up wonderful.

The apartment corresponded to what was described in the ad and what was mentioned by the owner by telephone. Close to the wall, no annoying neighbors (this is a third floor just for that apartment) and very good quality. The owner is an excellent person and always ready to solve any difficulties encountered.

Apartment very well located, good interior spaces, a beautiful balcony facing the sea. Apartment very clean. Water for the shower was not stable, sometimes too hot or cold. Room wouldn't close for lack of a handle, removing privacy. The kitchen was missing an oven. Overall it was enjoyable.
