- On the ground floor: a living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room and lounge, as well as a parental suite (1 bed 140x190) with adjoining shower room, then a separate toilet.
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 140x190 bed, 2 90x190 beds), a shower room and a separate toilet.
- Outside: an enclosed garden with terrace (being furnished) facing south/west. Free street parking. Possibility to store bicycles in front of the gate at the entrance of the cottage. The owners live next door (but no vis-à-vis between the 2 houses).
