A beautiful and large house to meet up with family and friends. Very warm welcome from Claude, for our group of cyclists who came to discover the south coast of Brittany. We enjoyed the large garden for an evening aperitif at sunset. The large rooms have variously accommodated couples, friends and children. We were able to prepare meals in the large kitchen and share them together in the large dining room.

Nous avons apprécié le grand jardin pour prendre l'apéro le soir au soleil couchant.

Very beautiful house of character located in a picturesque village, in the heart of the land of megaliths, on the edge of a forest. and a few minutes from Erdeven beach. The house is very well equipped and you can take full advantage of the garden to relax, have lunch or (and) dinner when the weather is nice, which was our case. From the village of Keroret, several hiking trails allow you to discover the surrounding countryside and an interesting rural heritage (chapels, wash houses, fountains) and of course dolmens, alignments of menhirs and cromlech which in some way mark out all these paths. I highly recommend this rental.
Très belle maison de caractère située dans un village pittoresque, au coeur du pays des mégalithes, à la lisière d'une forêt. et à quelques minutes de la plage d'Erdeven.
La maison est très bien équipée et l'on peut profiter pleinement du jardin pour se détendre, déjeuner ou (et) dîner quand la météo est clémente ce qui fut notre cas.
A partir du village de Keroret, plusieurs sentiers pedestres permettent de découvrir la campagne environnante et un intéressant patrimoine rural (chapelles, lavoirs, fontaines) et bien sûr dolmens, alignements de menhirs et cromlech qui balisent en quelque sorte tous ces chemins.
Je recommande vivement cette location.

Rental this summer between friends (8 adults and 5 children), the house corresponds perfectly to the description and is a beautiful place to live where we had a very good stay. Ideally located in a quiet area on the edge of a pretty castle park but close to everything you need and the beaches (5-10 minutes by car). We recommend without hesitation.

We had a very pleasant stay over the long Pentecost weekend in this pleasant rustic house. This one is particularly spacious to accommodate a large family, we had a good time there as well as in the garden to rest and also play table tennis. Claude was perfect for stewardship, friendly and available. The only downside, the kitchen was not clean (crockery, dishes and utensils poorly washed - strong smell of fish in the fridge - freezer not cleaned) But that won't stop us from coming back if the opportunity presents itself!!
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour le long week-end de Pentecôte dans cette agréable maison rustique. Celle-ci est particulièrement spacieuse pour accueillir une grande famille, nous y avons passé du bon temps ainsi que dans le jardin pour nous poser et aussi jouer au ping-pong.
Claude a été parfait pour l’intendance, sympathique et disponible.
Le seul bémol, la cuisine n’était pas propre (vaisselle, plats et ustensiles mal lavés - forte odeur de poisson dans le réfrigérateur - congélateur non nettoyé)
Mais cela ne nous empêchera de revenir si l’occasion se représente !!

This house is perfect for getting together with the family. We were wonderfully welcomed by Michel who gave us lots of information about the house and the activities around. He was very vigilant that everything went well. The welcome on site was also perfect. The house is very spacious, there is all the necessary comfort, many bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is very complete and the large garden is very pleasant. We were also able to enjoy the beach, Erdeven is ideally located geographically. And the local shops are at the top. We had a great weekend, I recommend without hesitation.

We spent a great time in the holiday home with 3 families (13 people). Michel is a very considerate landlord and provided us with many valuable tips and travel information before the trip. The house itself is quiet and very spacious. We lacked nothing. The garden is large and beautiful and you can see the greenery from there. We really liked the nearby beaches, towns, attractions and markets. We'd love to come back.
Wir haben mit 3 Familien (13 Personen) eine tolle Zeit im Ferienhaus verbracht. Michel ist ein sehr umsichtiger Vermieter und hat uns schon im Vorfeld der Reise mit vielen wertvollen Tipps und Reiseinformationen versorgt. Das Haus selbst ist ruhig gelegen und sehr geräumig. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten ist groß und schön und man schaut von dort ins Grüne. Die nahegelegenen Strände, Orte, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Märkte haben uns richtig gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We rented the gîte for the Christmas holidays, the weather did not spoil us but after having lit the fireplaces and heating we had an excellent stay in this beautiful Breton house (having allowed us to discover many Breton painters) very spacious and comfortable, each one having quickly found its place. We particularly appreciated the living room and the dining room with its beautiful fireplaces suitable for large tables. We would particularly like to thank Michel for his attentive oral and written advice, and Claude for his precious and efficient presence. Very satisfied with these few days spent in this ideal residence for family reunions, we expect to return soon.
Nous avons loué le gîte pour les fêtes de Noël, la météo ne nous a pas gâté mais après avoir allumé cheminées et chauffage nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle demeure bretonne (nous ayant permis de découvrir de nombreux peintres bretons) très spacieuse et confortable, chacun ayant rapidement trouvé sa place. We rented Michel's gîte for a family celebration, and it was perfect! The cottage is as described and the photos, although very pretty, are only a preview because the rooms are really very spacious. The house is very welcoming, you immediately feel at home in this large family house, where everyone can enjoy their privacy and the large shared spaces. The house is really very well equipped: nothing is missing and yet there were many of us around the table. Everything is done to have a good time and Michel is a lovely host, very attentive and the organization is very fluid. It's a real pleasure to talk to him. We did not have the chance to meet each other but it was Claude who welcomed us and he was very attentive and attentive throughout our stay. Nous avons loué le gîte de Michel pour une fête familiale, et ce fut parfait ! Le gîte est conforme à sa description et les photos bien que très jolies, ne sont qu'un aperçu car les pièces sont vraiment très spacieuses. La maison est très accueillante, on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi dans cette grande maison de famille, où chacun peut profiter de son intimité et des grands espaces partagés. La maison est vraiment très bien équipée : il ne manque rien et pourtant nous étions nombreux autour de la table.
Tout est fait pour passer un agréable moment et Michel est un hôte adorable, très à l'écoute et l'organisation est très fluide. C'est un vrai plaisir d'échanger avec lui. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de nous rencontrer mais c'est Claude qui nous a accueilli et il a été très prévenant et à l'écoute durant tout notre séjour.
