Welcome to this charming, air-conditioned T1 apartment (35 M2) in a sea-view residence with parking and tennis court in Cannes la Bocca. The flat has a sleeping area with a double bed (140cm) and a sofa bed (160cm). The kitchen has two electric hotplates, a fridge with freezer, a combined microwave and oven, a dishwasher, a Tassimo coffee machine and a toaster. The bathroom has a bath, hairdryer and washing machine. The toilet is separate for added convenience. A balcony lets you enjoy your meals outdoors. A private parking space completes this property. The residence is within walking distance of the beach, as well as a tennis court, boules pitch and table tennis table.
The residence is well served by public transport, and there is a bus stop close by to help you get around.
Local shops are located within a kilometre of the residence.
Cannes la Bocca train station is just 750 metres away, Cannes and its famous Croisette are 3 kilometres away, and Nice Côte d'Azur airport is 30 kilometres away by car.

For your convenience, the establishment provides you with towels and bed linen at no additional cost. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly intended for family use. By making this reservation, you commit to not organizing any festivities. It is important to note that the reservation of this accommodation is prohibited for individuals under the age of 23.

To ensure a smooth check-in experience, all check-ins must be scheduled by appointment between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 PM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11:00 PM. Additionally, check-ins must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

As for check-outs, they are also conducted by appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Early departures are possible from 6:00 AM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No departures can occur before 6:00 AM. Arrivals are allowed on an exceptional basis only between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be carried out on December 25th and January 1st.

As a professional agency with an API connection to our Channel manager and partner booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure.

If this pre-authorization is not completed 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a breach of the above-mentioned conditions on your part. In such a case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be possible in this scenario
