We spent two weeks in September in this house. The house is very comfortable and nice. despite the owner biti upstairs, privacy is totally guaranteed. moreover it is in an optimal position to visit the beauties of south-eastern Sicily and to enjoy the sea, in fact it is just a few meters from the beach !! Mrs. Angela and her daughter are very kind people, prasenti to the need and attentive to the needs of the guests and ready to provide any information requested. It was a great holiday.
Abbiamo trascorso due settimane a Settembre in questa casa. La casa è molto confortevole e carina. nonostante la proprietaria biti al piano di sopra, la privacy è totalmente garantita. inoltre è in una posizione ottimale per visitare le bellezze della Sicilia sud orientale e per godere del mare, infatti dista pochissimi metri dalla spiaggia!! La signora Angela e sua figlia sono persone gentilissime, prasenti al bisogno e attente alle necessità degli ospiti e pronte a fornire ogni informazione richiesta. E' stata una bella vacanza.
A brief stop in paradise is what I think of the week spent in the house of Mrs. Angela. Perfect location practically on the beach. Angela's presence despite her upstairs clothes is impalpable but is present for any need. Extremely satisfied. Recommended.
Un breve sosta in paradiso è questo quello che penso della settimana trascorsa nella casa della Sig. Angela. Ubicazione perfetta praticamente sulla spiaggia. La presenza di Angela nonostante abiti al piano di sopra è impalpabile ma è presente per qualsiasi necessità. Estremamente soddisfatti. Consigliata.
House located on the outskirts of avola on the beach in a very quiet area comfortable home we found ourselves very well the owner lives on the upper floor. Very discreet and kind.
Casa situata alla periferia di avola sulla spiaggia in una zona molto tranquilla casa confortevole ci siamo trovati molto bene la proprietaria abita al piano superiore. Molto discreta e gentile.
Our family is made up of two parents and a 4 year old daughter and the apartment turned out to be very comfortable and functional (it would have been for a larger family me). The apartment is clean and tidy, also the possibility of using two bathrooms (one of which is external) as well as a shower and washes in the garden, the patio with table and barbecue, the Wi-Fi, are all the pluses that not always they are found together in a holiday rental house. The convenience of having the beach just outside the house is unmatched, plus you can find a small beach with deck chairs and umbrellas really close. Last but not least Mrs. Angela was very kind is present for all our needs.
La nostra famiglia è formata da due genitori e una bimba di 4 anni e l’appartamento si e’ rivelato davvero molto comodo e funzionale (lo sarebbe stato anche per un mi lei famigliare più ampio).
L’appartamento si presenta pulito e in ordine, inoltre la possibilità di usare due bagni (di cui uno esterno) nonché doccia e lava piedi in giardino, il patio con tavolo e barbecue, il Wi-Fi, sono tutti i plus che non sempre si trovano insieme in una casa vacanze in affitto.
La comodità di avere la spiaggia appena fuori casa non ha paragoni, in più si può trovare un piccolo lido con noleggio sdraio e ombrelloni davvero vicinissimo.
In ultimo ma non per ultimo la Sig.ra Angela è stata molto gentile è presente per tutte le nostre necessità.

Mr. Gianfranco is a person of great courtesy, kind and meticulous who wants only the well-being of his guests. The city of Noto, a few miles away, is magical because it captures you. Vacation worthy of the name ... a place to come back.
La casa è stupenda, curata nei particolari, pulita, confortevole, con uno splendido giardino dotato di lettini e tavoli e con una splendida vista sul mare; il lido di Noto si trova a due passi, il mare è pulito e luminoso da far male gli occhi... è la casa dei miei sogni. Il sig. Gianfranco è persona di grande cortesia, gentile e meticoloso che vuole solo il benessere dei suoi ospiti. La città di Noto, a pochi km, è di una bellezza magica perché ti cattura. Vacanza degna di questo nome...un posto dove tornare.
Beautiful and clean apartment at its delivery. Great views of the beach and the sea. Close to beach both free and equipped. Very friendly owner and very friendly. I would recommend renting this property.

With my family we stayed at this lovely chalet near the sea and felt like we were at our home. We were fully satisfied with the spacious spaces of the apartment, the functionality and the comfort of the furnishings, the care of the details, the well-kept garden. The location is great for getting around the area from Siracusa to Ragusa, to enjoy both the wonderful sea and the art cities. The center of Noto is within minutes and is beautiful for dinner and strolling in the evening. Also the beach under the house is well served and great for a last evening bath when returning from various excursions. We can only recommend this home for the discreet welcome of the landlord, who made sure everything was in order even during our stay. Silvia da Padova
Con la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questa deliziosa villetta a due passi dal mare e ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti dagli ampi spazi dell'appartamento, dalla funzionalità e la comodità dell'arredamento, dalla cura dei dettagli, dal giardino ben curato.
La posizione è ottima per girare tutta la zona da Siracusa a Ragusa, per godere sia del meraviglioso mare che delle città d'arte. Il centro di Noto si raggiunge in pochi minuti ed è bellissimo per cenare e passeggiare alla sera. Anche la spiaggia sotto casa è ben servita ed ottima per un ultimo bagno serale al rientro dalle varie escursioni. Non possiamo che raccomandare questa casa anche per l'accoglienza discreta del padrone di casa, che si è assicurato che tutto fosse in ordine anche durante il nostro soggiorno. Silvia da Padova

Beautiful apartment in villa with spectacular views, cool, because conditioning in all environments, and very clean. The well-kept garden and just two steps away from the beach. The prorietario, Mr Gianfranco, helpful and a now rare kindness. I highly recommend the hotel.

The house has fully met all expectations and more. Excellent refurbishment and is tastefully furnished, all rooms are air conditioned and has an excellent sea view. It is located close to the beach overlooking the beautiful sea of ??Lido di Noto. The owner greeted us and herringbone everything was very kind and very private. We will definitely be back.
La casa ha pienamente soddisfatto tutte le aspettative e anche di più. Ottima la ristrutturazione ed è arredata con gusto, tutti i locali sono climatizzati e gode di un'ottima vista mare. Si trova due passi dalla spiaggia che si affaccia sullo splendido mare del Lido di Noto.
Il proprietario ci ha accolti e spigato tutto quanto è stato gentilissimo e molto riservato.
Torneremo sicuramente.

The villa reflects the picture: it is located in a beautiful position with sea ??View. The apartment was clean, spacious with all the amenities. The owner, kind and helpful. The sea was beautiful and very fine sand. We spent 11 days serene and peaceful. I would gladly stay.

Rent very clean, consistent pictures, well placed for exploring the area. The owner is very nice. Only downside, many dogs in the neighborhood barking at night !! But everything else was perfect.
Location très propre, conforme aux photos, bien placée pour visiter la région. La propriétaire est très gentille. Seul petit bémol, beaucoup de chiens dans le quartier qui aboient la nuit!! Mais, tout le reste était parfait.
I stayed with my husband and a couple of friends from 7 September 2014 Ms Angela is a very nice person. L 'apartment is exactly as described. Great to have two bathrooms with shower, (plus one in the garden) ideal for two couples. Thirty steps and you're already in the water, a wonder !! Alba outstanding. L' appartamento è esattamente come viene descritto.
Ottimo avere due bagni con doccia, (più quella in giardino) ideale per due coppie.
Trenta passi e sei già in acqua, una meraviglia!!

House well finished, in conformity with the description of 'Ad and close to the sea. It's complemented by a well kept garden and a car parking. Would definitely go again.

Below Highly recommended for a beach. Also in the area is much to see for those who love history, though even nature is impressive.
Geweldige ligging aan het strand. Ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien voor 4 personen. Mooie tuin met ook comfortabele stoelen. Heerlijk rieten afdak om onder te zitten in de middag. Echt een aanrader voor een strandvakantie.
Ook in de omgeving is veel te zien voor wie van geschiedenis houdt, alhoewel ook de natuur indrukwekkend is.
