The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in Ospedaletti, the most elegant neighborhood of the beautiful Ligurian town surrounded by green spaces, a few minutes walk from the city center and the sea. The accommodation, characterized by elegant furnishings, overlooks the condominium garden and consists of a large living room with a wooden floor, dining table, a double sofa bed, and a TV set, an independent kitchen complete with a dining table, microwave, oven, toaster, and kettle. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and large closet, the other with two single beds and a closet. A bathroom with a bathtub and a bathroom with a shower complete the layout.
Guests are provided with amenities such as Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, methane gas detector, air conditioning in bedrooms, and heating.
*Air conditioning is available only in bedrooms and is usable from 12 noon to 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

In the province of Imperia, Sanremo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori and in this regard, Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of a certain value, created both with typical plants, exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, not to be missed is the Cathedral of San Siro, the oldest religious building in Sanremo, the Russian Church, one of the most famous symbols of the city, and the Madonna della Costa Sanctuary, in Baroque style.
