Lovely apartment with seaview terrace in the historic center of Ostuni, a few steps away from the famous Porta Blu and next to one of the most lively restaurants during summer.
The apartment has two accesses reachable walking up a few steps. The first door on the left opens directly onto a spacious entrance divided into two areas: the first one comes with a comfortable sofa bed, a period wardrobe, an armchair, a small table and leads, through a sliding door, to the second one that features a sofa bed, a small dresser, a smart TV and a window with a panoramic seaview.
Going down a few steps, there is the fully-equipped kitchen that has the second access to the apartment, and includes a microwave, an espresso machine as well as an american coffee machine, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster, in addition to a dining table.
From the kitchen, it is possible to access the master bedroom that features a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, stone vaulted ceilings and is decorated with a blue and sand palette that recalls the colors of the sea. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed, two nightstands, a clothes rack, a dresser and a window from which it is possible to admire the sea in the distance. A second bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
The air conditioning in the kitchen and the living room, the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms, the independent heating and the free wi-fi will be at guests' disposal, as well as security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
The highlight of this apartment is the spacious terrace on the first floor that comes with two deckchairs and a relaxation corner with an outdoor sofa set with a small table where guests can taste a delicious aperitif while enjoying the view of the sea and the olive trees.
The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Itria Valley. Its blindingly white, immense historic center culminates in the Cathedral (600 meters from the apartment) that soars over the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a crystal-clear sea. Characteristic are its narrow streets, the Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away) and the column of St. Oronzo that majestically protects the town.
Its countryside stretches into the heart of the Itria Valley. A few kilometers away is Ceglie Messapica, a center of tradition and enogastronomy; Cisternino, a village recognized as one of the most beautiful in Italy; and Alberobello, whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnatia, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic center and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while proceeding south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westward there is Taranto, heart of Magna Graecia, and finally to Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.
The airports of Brindisi and Bari are respectively 30 and 70 minutes away by car.
