The cozy apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The apartment, suitable for children, also includes air conditioning and television. The strength of the accommodation is the large furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing. Here you can prepare food, start the day with a tasty breakfast or end the mild summer evenings with a glass of wine. Shops, restaurants, bars and clubs, as well as the sandy beach of Spaggia degli Scaloni can be reached in 5/6 minutes on foot. Here you can hear the sound of waves crashing on the shore and leave the worries of everyday life behind you.
Parking is available on the street. Bed linen is included in the price while towels are available on request and for an extra fee. Small pets are allowed if requested in advance. The room with 2 single beds can also be prepared as a double room according to guests' wishes.
