Top quality apartment, located in the heart of the city of Palma, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. You have two fantastic terraces, where you will find a large table to eat outside and a large sofa to relax on the roofs of the old town and the La Lonja area.

The house is located on the third floor and is accessed by stairs, it has central heating and air conditioning in all rooms. On the upper floor you will find the living room, where you can enjoy satellite TV; and the kitchen, fully equipped with: refrigerator, ceramic hob and all the appliances necessary for your stay, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, kettle, etc.

On the access floor, there are two independent rooms, both with a double bed (150x190) and both with bathrooms with shower en suite and with all the necessary toiletries (gel and shampoo, toilet paper, disposable tissues, etc.), in addition one set of towels per person.

There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house and we have the necessary cribs and high chairs for the little ones' stay (upon request).

The apartment is located in the Lonja area, a short walk from countless points of interest in the city of Palma such as the Cathedral or the Port and surrounded by numerous bars, restaurants and multi-brand shops. One of the most charismatic and sought-after areas of the island both for its location and for its historical character.

In the center of Palma, as in the center of many cities, it is difficult to park. If you come by car, we recommend using the parking lot located 150 meters from the apartment.

-Palma Congress Palace: 1.8 km.
-Palma de Mallorca City Hall: 600 meters.
-Mallorca Cathedral: 400 meters.
-Bus stop: 100 meters.
