This accommodation is a 2-bedroom apartment (2 bedrooms of 9 sq. m each and a living room - kitchen of 25 m²) near the Eiffel Tower and the lively Rue du Commerce. You will appreciate it for the luminosity, the quietness as well as its clear view on a landscaped roof (greenery). This apartment is perfect for 4 people (a baby's crib is also provided free of charge).
The apartment was completely renovated in October/November 2016.
Situated on the 3rd floor, this 2-bedroom apartment of 47 sq. m includes:
- a small entrance
- 2 bedrooms of 9 sq. m, one with double bed and the other with 2 twin beds that can be brought together to form a double bed (please specify the desired bed configuration when booking).
- a bathroom with shower and toilets
- a living room / kitchen of 25 sq. m (washer-dryer, dishwasher, combined microwave and rotary heat oven, Nespresso coffee machine)
The oven is both a microwave and a rotary heat oven. Read the instructions in the blue binder before use.
Please note: The building has an elevator, after a few steps to climb, so it is not wheelchair accessible.
