I am pleased to welcome you in my charming 21 square meters studio, located on the 5th floor without elevator and situated in the heart of the 16th district of Paris.
It can accommodate 2 people, so it will be perfect for a romantic stay.
You will stay at 9 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe; and you will be very well served by the various public transports to visit the other tourist sites of the capital!

## Logement
Located in Paris and located on the 5th floor without elevator, my studio is composed of a living space with a night space with a double bed, a living room with a small dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.
You will stay in the heart of the 16th district of Paris, 9 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe and close to several museums such as: the Yves Saint Laurent Museum (8 minutes), the Museum of Modern Art (11 minutes), the Palais Galliera (7 minutes) ...
You will find various restaurants, bars and shops near the studio, and for your daily shopping, you will find a Carrefour City at 5 minutes on foot and the Monop' GALILEE at 2 minutes.
You will be very well served by the various public transports to stroll in all the city and visit the various tourist sites which make the fame of the capital! The Eiffel Tower is 21 minutes away by bus, the Palais Garnier is 21 minutes away by metro, the Louvre Museum is 14 minutes away, the Pantheon is 38 minutes away and Notre-Dame Cathedral is 28 minutes away.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

## Emplacement
The 16th arrondissement of Paris is located on the right bank of the Seine, west of the city.
The district is mainly residential but nevertheless visited by tourists for its many museums and its remarkable places like the Trocadéro or the Bois de Boulogne. It has the largest number of embassies and consulates in Paris, as well as world-famous sports facilities such as the Parc des Princes and Roland Garros stadium. Counting the hundreds of hectares of the Bois de Boulogne, the 16th arrondissement is the greenest in the capital.
