Recommended by a friend We spent a holiday of complete relaxation and very pleasant thanks to the availability, friendliness of Matteo (owner) and all his family, exquisite people. The location is fantastic surrounded by greenery just a few minutes from Peschici and all the most beautiful beaches in the area. Family run where you feel at home with vegetable garden, bicycles, mini outdoor gym, washing machine and barbecue service !!!!! We highly recommend !!!!

Structure very clean and well taken care of by the owner family always present for every need. We used Matteo's advice on beaches to visit as and when to reach them, the fruits of Rocco's well-tended garden and the specialties prepared by Ms. Mara for all the guests of the residence on Thursday evening. Struttura pulitissima e ben curata dalla famiglia proprietaria sempre presente per ogni bisogno. Abbiamo usufruito dei consigli di Matteo su spiagge da visitare come e quando raggiungerle, dei frutti dell'orto curatissimo di Rocco e delle specialità preparate dalla signora Mara per tutti gli ospiti del residence nella serata del giovedì. Una vacanza in una terra bellissima valorizzata al massimo dall'accoglienza familiare dei proprietari.

Excellent experience, striking the cleanliness, care of the house and common areas ... a real flowery garden among olive trees and fruit trees. Possibility to use the barbecue with tables and benches in a dedicated corner, to do gymnastics thanks to an equipped area, to use bikes made available. To underline the availability of Mr. Matteo and the whole family; we were treated by Mrs. Mara and Mr. Rocco as we were loved ones. Truly a positive experience and to be repeated.
Ottima esperienza, colpisce la pulizia, la cura della casa e degli spazi comuni... un vero giardino fiorito tra ulivi ed alberi da frutto. Possibilità di utilizzare il barbecue con tavoli e panche in un angolo dedicato, di fare ginnastica grazie ad una zona attrezzata, di usare bici messe a disposizione. Da sottolineare la disponibilità del sig. Matteo e di tutta la famiglia; siamo stati curati dalla Sig.ra Mara e dal Sig. Rocco come fossimo persone care. Veramente un' esperienza positiva e da ripetere.
What to say? It is the second year that we return to Matteo and family and there will be a reason: the reception is fantastic, the place as well, the children have fun and have a lot of space to play, the food and the drink are excellent and of quality (we thank Mr. Rocco for vegetables from the garden and Mrs. Mara for cakes, jams, homemade liqueurs ...), in short, it's always worth it! We will meet again, I hope.
Che dire? E' il secondo anno che torniamo da Matteo e famiglia e un motivo ci sarà: l'accoglienza è fantastica, il posto pure, i bambini si divertono e hanno molto spazio per giocare, il cibo e il bere sono ottimi e di qualità (ringraziamo il signor Rocco per le verdure dell'orto e la signora Mara per le torte, le marmellate, i liquori fatti in casa….), insomma, ne vale sempre la pena! Ci rivedremo spero.
We stayed at the studio located in the country, strategic location: a few steps from the supermarket and greengrocer, 10 minutes walk from the center that in the evening is closed to traffic and close to all beaches within a 5 to 15 minute drive. Apartment equipped with the main services and a large veranda with table and chairs. The kindness and availability of Matteo's parents made our holiday even more pleasant and peaceful, as the apartment is located on their property. Thanks also to Matteo who advised us on excursions and beaches to visit.
Abbiamo soggiornato presso il monolocale situato in paese, posizione strategica: a due passi dal supermarket e dal fruttivendolo, 10 minuti a piedi dal centro che di sera viene chiuso al traffico e in vicinanza di tutte le spiagge raggiungibili in auto dai 5 ai 15 minuti.
Appartamento dotato dei principali servizi e di un'ampia verandina con tavolino e sedie.
La gentilezza e disponibilità dei genitori di Matteo hanno reso la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole e serena, in quanto l'appartamento è situato nella loro proprietà.
Un ringraziamento anche a Matteo che ci ha saputo consigliare escursioni e spiagge da visitare.
Quiet place, very well maintained and clean. Wonderful staff and always available for every need. Ideal for families. Apartment very close to Peschici, reachable by car (2 minutes), by bike (10 minutes) provided free or by shuttle bus. Very good typical products offered by the owners I recommend staying in this vacation rental.

The house is in a quiet environment about 1km from the sea, surrounded by a well-kept garden. The house is comfortable and the premises are spacious. The owners are present and always available. In the surroundings it is possible, in the month of June, to find beaches with very few people. I recommend this accommodation.
La casa è in un ambiente tranquillo a circa 1km dal mare, circondata da un giardino molto curato.

Nei dintorni è possibile, nel mese di giugno, trovare spiagge con pochissime persone.

We stay at the villa on the plain in August and we immediately get enchanted, apartments surrounded by greenery, much quiet. The owners are really nice people and ready to meet our requests, the small apartment is clean and neat essentials. The only miss maybe an air conditioner to relieve from the heat but it also went well with the fan. Our stay was really relaxing. Thank you Matteo and thank Rocco, you are really exquisite people.
Soggiorniamo a villa la piana in agosto e ne rimaniamo subito incantati, appartamenti circondati dal verde, molta quiete. I proprietari sono persone veramente gentili e disponibili pronti a soddisfare le nostre richieste, il piccolo appartamento è essenziale pulito ed ordinato. L'unica mancanza forse un climatizzatore per alleviare dal caldo ma è andata bene anche con il ventilatore. Il nostro soggiorno è stato veramente rilassante. Grazie Matteo e grazie Rocco, siete veramente persone squisite.
We stayed 2 weeks at Villa la Piana, a new clean and well-maintained facility. Outstanding welcome by Matteo and her parents Mara and Rocco really wonderful people, who delighted with the products of their vegetable garden. I recommend this property.

Very good value for money. Pros: Reception very friendly, very good tourists as we are. Willingness (and attainment) to satisfy the "customer". Accommodation very clean, well equipped, good bedding, neat and quiet. It is not in the city center but it is not inconvenient at all ... on the contrary. There are several accommodations but the whole is perfectly designed for the tranquility of everyone. In addition, we offer fruit and vegetables from the garden. What more ? Les plus : Accueil très sympathique, très bon accompagnement des touristes que nous sommes. Volonté évidente (et atteinte) de satisfaire le "client". Logement très propre, bien équipé, bonne literie, cadre soigné et calme. N'est pas situé en centre ville mais ce n'est pas gênant du tout ... au contraire. Il y a plusieurs logements mais l'ensemble est parfaitement conçu pour la tranquillité de chacun. Et en plus, on nous offre des fruits et légumes du jardin. Que demander de plus ? Bref une très bonne expérience.

We stayed in this residence from June 17th to June 24th. We were really good: sea, sun, shade, fresh breeze. A fairytale farmhouse nestled in the green; Clean and functional. Privacy is respected. Suitable for all those who want to spend a period of peace. The beach is very nice and can be reached in five minutes. The description contained in the listing regarding the location and the services offered perfectly corresponds to the reality. The owner Nicola not only provided the service but literally "pampered us" giving us many useful tips. I would recommend this residence to everyone. It is an oasis of pleasant relaxation. Siamo stati in questo residence dal 17 a 24 giugno. Siamo stati veramente bene: mare, sole, ombra , brezza fresca. Una casetta da favola immersa nel verde; pulita e funzionale. La privacy è rispettata. Adatta a tutti quelli che vogliono passare un periodo di pace. La spiaggia è molto bella e raggiungibile in cinque minuti. La descrizione contenuta nell'inserzione riguardo alla posizione e ai ai servizi offerti corrisponde perfettamente alla realtà. Il proprietario Nicola non solo ci ha fornito il servizio, ma ci ha letteralmente '' coccolati '' dandoci tanti consigli utili. Consiglio questo residence a tutti. E' un'oasi di piacevole relax. The holiday at Villa Piana was above my expectations. The apartment very comfortable and very clean and the availability of Matthew and his great family. The apartments have everything you need and are great for both couples and families. They are inside a large enclosed garden where children can play without any danger, the property also accepts dogs. In my opinion the location of the villa is strategic: a few minutes from the center of Peschici and the most beautiful beaches and excellent base to explore the forest Umbra, San Giovanni Rotondo. La vacanza a Villa la Piana è stata al di sopra di ogni mia aspettativa. L'appartamento molto confortevole e molto pulito e la disponibilità di Matteo e della sua famiglia eccezionale. Gli appartamenti hanno tutto ciò che serve e sono ottimi sia per coppie che per famiglie. Sono all'interno di un ampio giardino recintato dove i bambini possono giocare senza alcun pericolo, la struttura accetta anche i cani. A mio parere la posizione della villa è strategica : a pochi minuti dal centro di Peschici e dalle spiagge più belle e ottima base di partenza per visitare la foresta Umbra e San Giovanni Rotondo. Matteo e il papà Rocco sono sempre disponibili e prodighi di consigli turistici. Ottimi i loro prodotti, dalle marmellate, ai liquori ai prodotti ortofrutticoli. Insomma un soggiorno che consiglierei e che spero di ripetere presto!
