The house is comfortable, suitable for a family of up to 4 people. The spaces are large and there is a small outdoor patio with table and chairs where you can eat. There is assigned parking in front of the apartment, very convenient and useful. As soon as we arrived the house was clean as was the supply of bed linen and towels. The separate garbage collection service was precise and punctual. The house is located in this very nice and convenient residence to the beach and the port where there are restaurants, bars, shops and a pharmacy. There is also a very convenient supermarket inside the residence. The girls at the reception were very helpful and kind. We had a good time and recommend this holiday home.
La casa è confortevole, adatta ad una famiglia fino a 4 persone. Gli spazi sono ampi ed un piccolo patio all' esterno con tavolo e sedie dove poter mangiare. Vi è un parcheggio assegnato di fronte all' appartamento, molto comodo e utile. Appena arrivati la casa era pulita così come la dotazione di biancheria da letto e da bagno. Il servizio di raccolta differenziata dell' immondizia era preciso e puntuale. La casa è situata in questo residence molto carino e comodo alla spiaggia e al porto dove vi sono ristoranti, bar, negozietti e la farmacia. Vi è inoltre un supermercato all' interno del residence davvero comodo. Le ragazze della reception sono state molto disponibili e gentili. Ci siamo trovati bene e consigliamo questa casa vacanze.

We stayed 15 days in this apartment, we had a good time and appreciated the convenience of the beach within walking distance, with proximity to bars, shops and restaurants. Definitely to be redone. Laura and Lawrence

Very large and comfortable house, beautiful residence with all the amenities like supermarket, perfect location, comfortable 3 minutes walk from a fabulous beach and sea. The village is a jewel, in the evening but also during the day it is really great for walks, aperitifs, dinner or simply eating an ice cream. The owner is very kind and always available. Highly recommended for both the home and of course for the place. A paradise.
Casa molto grande e comoda, residence bellissimo con tutti i comfort tipo supermercato, posizione perfetta, 3 minuti comodi a piedi da una spiaggia e un mare favolosi. Il paesino e un gioiello, di sera ma anche di giorno è davvero ottimo per passeggiate, aperitivi, cenare o semplicemente mangiare un gelato. La proprietaria gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo sia per la casa e ovviamente per il posto. Un paradiso.
The apartment is as described, large enough for 4 people, it is functional equipped with air conditioning that we have used a few times because the apartment is fresh. The nearby sandy beach is very nice especially for children and also the town's port is small but very pretty with many shops and restaurants. Our experience has been very positive.
L'appartamento è come descritto, abbastanza ampio per 4 persone, è funzionale dotato di aria condizionata che noi abbiamo usato poche volte perché l'appartamento è fresco. La spiaggia vicina di sabbia è molto bella soprattutto per i bambini e anche il porto del paese è piccolo ma molto grazioso con molti negozi e ristoranti. La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva.
Mr. Luigi and his wife are very helpful and courteous people. The apartment is comfortable for a family of four, clean and basic. The apartment is at 100 mt. from the sea. Porto Ottiolu is located a short distance from the most famous beaches of the central north, all reachable from Tavolara to Cala Berchida within a maximum of 45 minutes. We have been beautifully.

L'appartamento è a 100 mt. dal mare. Porto Ottiolu si trova a poca distanza dalle più rinomate spiagge del centro nord raggiungibili tutte da Tavolara a Cala Berchida al massimo in 45 minuti. Siamo stati magnificamente.

On the other hand it is the minimum on the level tableware (absence of bowls, mugs, peeler-vegetables ...), small Italian coffee maker, insufficient for an apartment that can accommodate 4 adults. Noisy in the morning because overlooking an alley where the trash cans pass and stop the delivery trucks for the convenience store of the residence. But this is not a problem for early birds. Very good contacts with the owner.
Joli appartement, spacieux et propre.
Par contre c'est le minimum au niveau vaisselle (absence de bols, mugs, épluche-légumes ...), petite cafetière italienne, insuffisante pour un appartement pouvant accueillir 4 adultes.
Bruyant le matin car donnant sur une ruelle où passent les poubelles et s'arrêtent les camions de livraison pour la supérette de la résidence. Mais ce n'est pas un problème pour les lève-tôt.
Très bons contacts avec la propriétaire.

Vacanza meravigliosa, la casa è veramente molto comoda, in zona tranquilla a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Porto Ottiolu dove si trovano vari esercizi commerciali e la sera luogo di vari spettacoli con animazione sia per bambini che per adulti. Supermercato comodissimo situato quasi di fronte casa. Il proprietario, il Sig. Luigi, molto cortese e gentile, ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, sia a me che alla mia famiglia; sicuramente ci torneremo.

Una vacanza da sogno, tutti i servizi essenziali vicinissimi, la splendida spiaggia a 5 minuti corredata da una fantastica animazione per grandi e piccini, insomma un contesto meraviglioso; a questo va aggiunta la freschezza della casa, la gentilezza e la riservatezza dei proprietari. La consigliamo a chi vuole stare in vacanza senza pensieri di parcheggio, code, ecc..in totale relax.
