The apartment has a garden for exclusive use. The large veranda is equipped with table and chairs for dining.
In the large living room there is a sofa bed: this consists of two regular size beds that can be left separate or combine to form a double bed.
Kitchen with 4 hotplates and electric oven, fridge freezer, crockery, cutlery, etc.
Flat screen TV, iron, ironing board, washing machine, dryer.
In the master bedroom with French doors to the back garden, there is a bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables.
In the bathroom there is a sink, toilet, bidet, shower with shower cubicle.
On request: high chair and folding bed for baby.
The shops, pharmacy, ATM, ice cream bars, bicycle rentals are at about 200 m.

L'appartamento con giardino recintato di uso esclusivo, fa parte di una serie di case a schiera. Ha una grande veranda attrezzata con tavolo e sedie per poter pranzare anche all'aperto.
Nell'ampio soggiorno c'è un divano letto , composto da due reti di grandezza standard che si possono anche unire per formare un letto matrimoniale. L'angolo cottura è dotato di cucina ( 4 fuochi e forno elettrico) ,frigo con congelatore, stoviglie, posate e l'occorrente per cucinare.Completano la dotazione : tv schermo piatto, ferro da stiro, tavola da stiro, phon e lavatrice (nel bagno).
Nella camera matrimoniale ,con portafinestra sulretro giardino, oltre armadio e comodini c’è lo spazio per l’eventuale lettino da bimbo.
Bagno con lavabo, wc, bidet, e doccia con box.
A richiesta seggiolone e letto chiudibile per bambino senza sovrapprezzo.
I negozi, lo sportello farmaceutico, bancomat, bar gelaterie,noleggio bici si trovano a circa 200 m.
