Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 15 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a 12 m² garden.
The studio is composed as follows
- 15 m² living room with sofa bed (single), TV, wood-burning stove (wood not supplied), dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- Separate WC
- On the mezzanine (accessible by stairs) a double bed (140×190), a queen-size bed (160×200)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot.

- A 12 m² garden shared with two neighbors, with furniture for enjoying fine weather.
The studio is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very quiet environment. Free shuttle at the foot of the residence. All shops are within walking distance: grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, butcher's shop, bakery, sports store...

- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge can be made by our on-site cleaning service provider, at a cost of €70).
