Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 55 m² semi-detached chalet with mountain views for rent in Les Angles. It can accommodate up to 4 adults and 3 children. It comprises a 29 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a mezzanine, a bathroom (with shower) and a 60 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is a Triplex, composed as follows :
Main level :
- A 29 m² living room with dining area, wood-burning stove (wood supplied) and veranda with reading area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC
- A mezzanine with a 140/190 double bed and a sitting area with sofa, TV and storage space

Garden level :
- A bedroom with a 140x190 double bed
- One bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed (sleeps 3, 80x190, for children only)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:

- 60 m² enclosed garden with picnic table and mountain views

The chalet is located in a cul-de-sac, so traffic is limited to residents only. You'll be able to walk to all the essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a market.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the two parking spaces available in front of the garage. The garage is private, but you have access to an extra fridge-freezer and washing machine, and you can also leave your bikes and skis.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you might find useful:
- Shuttles to the slopes 50 meters from the chalet
- Nearest train station: Mont-Louis-La-Cabanasse station, about 20 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport, located about 1H40 by car.

Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Wood for the stove is provided and is located outside.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
