For shore fishing, the small sea of Gâvres, 20 minutes away, is a very popular site for fishermen.
The cottage is an independent house located at the bottom of a dead end guaranteeing your tranquility. Arranged on one level, it offers you: an entrance, a living room with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge, 3 bedrooms (2 beds 160 x 200 and 2 beds 90 x 190), a shower room, a toilet with washbasin and a laundry room. The exterior, under development, will offer you a garden (not enclosed) with a terrace. You will have a parking space next to the cottage. The owners live nearby (shared entrance).
