The plus are great view, great beach nearby. Minuses, there is a lot of extras like towels, linen, you have to supply toilet paper, soap, garbage bags.
We had a great stay in this accommodation. Everything was perfect for a great vacation. The apartment is well appointed, very clean, with a very nice terrace. The residence is very quiet, with maritime pine trees and a beautiful swimming pool. Joséphine is very friendly, helpful and responsive. The panoramic view is breathtaking. Accommodation close to the city center of Rosas, beautiful coves, and if you like hiking, leave from Puig Rom where you will find spectacular views of the Gulf of Rosas!! ? ?? ?

Tout était parfait pour passer de belles vacances. L’appartement est bien aménagé, très propre, doté d’une très belle terrasse.
La résidence est très calme, arborée de ses pins maritimes et d’une très belle piscine.

La vue panoramique est à couper le souffle.
Logement à proximité du centre ville de Rosas, de magnifiques criques, et si vous aimez les randonnées, partez depuis Puig Rom vous y trouverez des vues spectaculaires sur le golfe de Rosas!! 🌊 🏔️ 🍇

Charming rental on the heights of Canyelles Petites with a very beautiful view of the coves. Downside: even if the tenant warned us, access to the rental is complicated, 79 steps to go down to go up (with luggage or shopping not very easy) The coves are nearby but the same easy way out but the return is a huge climb to do plus stairs. You have to like climbing and especially with children, you are very likely to hear them grumbling. Last, far from everything so car required.

Bémol : même si la locataire nous avez prévenu, l'accès à la location est compliqué, 79 marches a descendre pour l'aller et pour remonter (avec des bagages ou courses pas très facile)
Les criques sont à côté mais pareil l'aller facile mais le retour énorme montée à faire plus escaliers. Il faut aime la grimpette et surtout avec des enfants, vous risquez fortement de les entendre râlés.
Dernier, éloigné de tout donc voiture obligatoire.

The air conditioning is much appreciated because it is a bit hot. Mr. Jean Marc is a truly very kind and extremely helpful person.

Very nice apartment with a huge terrace. View of the sea, unfortunately somewhat obstructed by two other buildings. Very short walk to the beach and very quiet in the evenings. Always happy to come back.
Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer riesigen Terrasse. Blick aufs Meer, leider etwas verbaut durch zwei andere Gebäude. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand und in den Abend Stunden Sehr ruhig. Immer wieder gerne.
