The ground floor of Puntayucca offers an air-conditioned living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, and freezer, and two comfortable bedrooms. One is an air-conditioned double bedroom with a 160cm bed and direct access to a private terrace, while the other is an air-conditioned twin bedroom with two 90cm beds that can be converted into a double upon request. This floor also includes a bathroom with a separate shower, an additional shower room, and two WCs.
