I am pleased to welcome you in my sublime house of 135 square meters, located in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer.
It is perfect for a tourist stay, with family or friends and can accommodate up to 8 people.
It has a TERRACE, a GARDEN and a SWIMMING POOL and also a PÉTANQUE COURSE !
You will stay 7 minutes by car from the city center and 5 minutes from the beach of Lecques.

## Logement
My house is spacious, bright, elegant and well equipped! It will be perfect for vacations with family or friends! It can accommodate up to 8 people and is composed of 4 beautiful bedrooms with 2 double beds and 4 single beds; a fully equipped kitchen; 2 clean shower rooms; and a living room with a television and a dining area, where you can have your meals or relax after an intense day. The air conditioning is only present in the living area, from the living room to the kitchen, and not in the bedrooms. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Barbecue, Fireplace, Microwave, Oven. You will also have at your disposal: a terrace with outdoor furniture, where you can take your aperitifs in the peace; a beautiful garden with trees; a pleasant private swimming pool and a ground of game of bowls which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days! The pool is only accessible from mid-June to mid-September. A professional cleaning is done before and after each guest. You will be 9 minutes by car from the Liouquet beach, 5 minutes from the Madrague and Lecques beaches. The city center is only 7 minutes away by car, where you will find everything you need for your daily life: various bars, restaurants and shops! For your daily shopping, you will find the "U UTILE" and a Supermarket Casino, respectively at 5 minutes and 6 minutes by car. Visit the must-see places in town and discover: the Gallo-Roman Museum of Tauroentum (3 minutes by car), the Sand Dune (8 minutes), the Mini Statue Of Liberty (5 minutes), and the SEBASTIAN ART CENTER (8 minutes). There are many activities to do in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer! ## Emplacement
Widely open to the bay of Les Lecques, Saint Cyr sur Mer is one of the musts of the Côte Provençale with its two hamlets Les Lecques and La Madrague. Surrounded by pine forests and famous vineyards, the bay shelters 3 small charming marinas and a 2km long sandy beach.
