We had a fantastic family vacation in this house! The rental is very spacious, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. It is a real preserved space, quiet, despite the immediate proximity of the center and the market (5 minutes on foot). The garden and the heated swimming pool allow you to relax after cycling on the many cycle paths of the island. Special mention to the summer lounge (and its adjoining kitchen), which offers the possibility of having lunch in the shade, even in hot weather. Not to mention the excellent welcome, explanations and advice from our host, passionate about his island!
Nous avons passé de fantastiques vacances en famille dans cette maison ! La location est très spacieuse aménagée avec goût et très bien équipée. C'est un véritable espace préservé, tranquille, malgré la proximité immédiate du centre et du marché (5 minutes à pied). Le jardin et la piscine chauffée permettent de se détendre après les ballades en vélo sur les nombreuses pistes cyclables de l'île. Mention spéciale au salon d'été (et sa cuisine attenante), qui offre la possibilité de déjeuner à l'ombre, même par fortes chaleurs. Sans oublier l'excellent accueil, explications et conseils de notre hôte, passionné par son île !
House very well designed to accommodate grandparents, children and grandchildren, with the necessary space for everyone to find their little corner. The swimming pool, the garden, the covered courtyard and the kitchen area were very popular. Very nice house that we recommend. Thank you Jean Charles
Maison très bien conçue pour accueillir grands parents, enfants et petits enfants, avec l'espace nécessaire pour que tout le monde trouve son petit coin.

Very nice house. Well exposed. Close to shops and market. Calm. The courtyard in the summer kitchen, barbecue is very pleasant for outdoor meals. Nice swimming pool. Sure, we will go back. The owners seen on arrival are very caring. Nothing is missing.

Excellent week of vacation. beautiful and large new cottages, ideally located, quiet and close to shops, market, port and beaches. The apartments are all very well equipped, nothing is missing !! Very nice heated pool. Outdoor living space very nice with family or friends, summer kitchen over-equipped :-) (barbecue, plancha, dishwasher, ...) We appreciated the kindness and the particular attentions of the owners so that our stay between friends is perfect. Thanks again !!

The mobile home is very well located at the end of a driveway and it is very nice to sit on the terrace not overlooked. I had read reviews about the owners of the campsite, but we found the friendly staff. Beautiful evening walks by the sea, there is the road to cross. Certainly, we must take the car (or bike) to go to the beach, but we have the opportunity to visit the island. A carefree stay very successful.
Le mobile-home est très bien situé, au bout d'une allée et il est très agréable de pouvoir s'installer sur la terrasse sans vis à vis.
J'avais lu des critiques sur les propriétaires du camping, mais nous avons trouvé l'équipe sympa.
Belles promenades le soir en bord de mer, il n'y a que la route à traverser.
Certes, il faut prendre la voiture (ou le vélo) pour aller à la plage, mais nous en avons profité pour visiter l'île.
Un séjour sans souci donc très réussi.
I would recommend this property off season because mobile homes are on top of each other, even if it is at the end of the driveway and restricted overlooked. Otherwise some cleaning to do when you arrive ...
Je recommanderais cette annonce hors haute saison car les mobilhomes sont les uns sur les autres, même si celui-ci est en bout d'allée et restreint le vis à vis.
Sinon un peu de ménage à faire en arrivant...
We had a very good stay in the accommodation which is very well equipped (bikes, fan, ...), the campsite is very quiet. The owner is easily reachable for any information and attentive to the well-being of his tenants. I recommend this rental.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement qui est très bien équipé (vélos, ventilateur, ...), le camping est très calme. Le propriétaire est facilement joignable pour tout renseignement et attentif au bien être de ses locataires. Je recommande cette location.
Perfect location in every way. There were 5 of us, the house is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing. Both inside and out. Quiet location and really close to the beach. We were expected by Gérard, a very friendly person who will give you some tips for discovering Oléron and its surroundings. We had a great stay. I highly recommend this rental.

We had a great stay in Nathalie's rental, who gave us a friendly welcome and gave us lots of information to enjoy our vacation. The rental is functional, well-equipped and above all it is decorated with great taste, which gives it the charm of the typical houses of the island. The plus, the equally charming interior courtyard, is ideal for moments of relaxation. Another advantage, the location: the shops including the bakery and the daily market are nearby, as is the beach, you can do everything on foot! I have no negative comments to make. I highly recommend Nathalie's rental.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la location de Nathalie qui nous a réservé un accueil convivial et nous a communiqué de nombreuses informations pour profiter de nos vacances. La location est fonctionnelle, bien équipée et surtout elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût , ce qui lui donne le charme des maisons typiques de l'île. Le plus, la cour intérieure tout aussi charmante, est propice aux moments de détente. Autre atout, la localisation : les commerces dont la boulangerie et le marché quotidien sont à proximité, de même pour la plage, on peut tout faire à pied ! Je n'ai aucune remarque négative à exprimer. Je recommande vivement la location de Nathalie.

Everything went well, in the mobile home and during the contacts with the owner. We are very happy with our stay. Be careful, very little/no telephone network and internet connection in the mobile home.
Tout s'est bien déroulé, au mobil home et lors des contacts avec le propriétaire. Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour. Attention, très peu/pas de réseau téléphonique et de connexion internet au mobil home.
Good morning We had a wonderful week at La Cotonnière in the rental, very well located campsite, easy access to shops and beaches on foot. We cycled around the island during the week, very pretty and also as you advised me, we had dinner at the Captain's Plate, a treat.
Nothing to report, everything was perfect and why not go back next year.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à la Cotonnière dans la location, camping très bien situé, accès aux commerces et plages à pied facile.
Nous avons fait le tour de l’île en vélo durant la semaine, très jolie et aussi comme vous me l’aviez conseillé, nous avons dîné à l’assiette du Capitaine un régal.
Rien à signaler, tout était parfait et pourquoi pas y retourner l’année prochaine.

Very functional mobile home, impeccably clean and very well equipped. It is located in a very good campsite with swimming pool, a few meters from the beach and all the shops which are open late at night during the summer. Everything is really available for an excellent stay. Well shaded plot which is very appreciable. In addition, Lionel is a lovely person who was available throughout our stay for questions about how the utensils worked. We will come back without hesitation.
Mobil-home très fonctionnel, d'une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé. Il est situé dans un très bon camping avec piscine, à quelques mètres de la plage et de tous les magasins qui sont ouverts en nocturne pendant l'été. Tout est vraiment mis à disposition pour passer un excellent séjour. Parcelle bien ombragé ce qui est très appréciable. De plus Lionel est quelqu'un d'adorable qui a été à disposition tout le long de notre séjour pour des questions sur le fonctionnement des ustensiles. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
