The mobile home is very well located at the end of a driveway and it is very nice to sit on the terrace not overlooked. I had read reviews about the owners of the campsite, but we found the friendly staff. Beautiful evening walks by the sea, there is the road to cross. Certainly, we must take the car (or bike) to go to the beach, but we have the opportunity to visit the island. A carefree stay very successful.
Le mobile-home est très bien situé, au bout d'une allée et il est très agréable de pouvoir s'installer sur la terrasse sans vis à vis.
J'avais lu des critiques sur les propriétaires du camping, mais nous avons trouvé l'équipe sympa.
Belles promenades le soir en bord de mer, il n'y a que la route à traverser.
Certes, il faut prendre la voiture (ou le vélo) pour aller à la plage, mais nous en avons profité pour visiter l'île.
Un séjour sans souci donc très réussi.
I would recommend this property off season because mobile homes are on top of each other, even if it is at the end of the driveway and restricted overlooked. Otherwise some cleaning to do when you arrive ...
Je recommanderais cette annonce hors haute saison car les mobilhomes sont les uns sur les autres, même si celui-ci est en bout d'allée et restreint le vis à vis.
Sinon un peu de ménage à faire en arrivant...
We had a very good stay in the accommodation which is very well equipped (bikes, fan, ...), the campsite is very quiet. The owner is easily reachable for any information and attentive to the well-being of his tenants. I recommend this rental.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement qui est très bien équipé (vélos, ventilateur, ...), le camping est très calme. Le propriétaire est facilement joignable pour tout renseignement et attentif au bien être de ses locataires. Je recommande cette location.
Good morning We had a wonderful week at La Cotonnière in the rental, very well located campsite, easy access to shops and beaches on foot. We cycled around the island during the week, very pretty and also as you advised me, we had dinner at the Captain's Plate, a treat.
Nothing to report, everything was perfect and why not go back next year.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à la Cotonnière dans la location, camping très bien situé, accès aux commerces et plages à pied facile.
Nous avons fait le tour de l’île en vélo durant la semaine, très jolie et aussi comme vous me l’aviez conseillé, nous avons dîné à l’assiette du Capitaine un régal.
Rien à signaler, tout était parfait et pourquoi pas y retourner l’année prochaine.

Everything went well, in the mobile home and during the contacts with the owner. We are very happy with our stay. Be careful, very little/no telephone network and internet connection in the mobile home.

Very functional mobile home, impeccably clean and very well equipped. It is located in a very good campsite with swimming pool, a few meters from the beach and all the shops which are open late at night during the summer. Everything is really available for an excellent stay. Well shaded plot which is very appreciable. In addition, Lionel is a lovely person who was available throughout our stay for questions about how the utensils worked. We will come back without hesitation.
Mobil-home très fonctionnel, d'une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé. Il est situé dans un très bon camping avec piscine, à quelques mètres de la plage et de tous les magasins qui sont ouverts en nocturne pendant l'été. Tout est vraiment mis à disposition pour passer un excellent séjour. Parcelle bien ombragé ce qui est très appréciable. De plus Lionel est quelqu'un d'adorable qui a été à disposition tout le long de notre séjour pour des questions sur le fonctionnement des ustensiles. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
It is still with the same pleasure that we are renting for the fourth time in this small, very quiet and discreet campsite 150 m from the sea and the beach. It must be said that the owner is very friendly and always ready to help you. Well located in the center of the island next to the pretty port of Cotinière with many easy and well-maintained cycle paths allowing you to take very beautiful walks in complete safety. The mobile home is very clean, well equipped, in a pleasant setting and fully enclosed at very attractive prices. Looking forward to going back to fish for smelts, tellines, clams, razor clams and other shellfish. To recommend without hesitation.
C 'est toujours avec le même plaisir que nous louons pour la quatrième fois dans ce petit camping très calme et discret à 150 m de la mer et de la plage.
Il faut dire que le propriétaire est très sympathique et toujours a l'écoute pour vous rendre service. Bien situé au centre de l'île à côté du joli port de la Cotinière avec de nombreuses pistes cyclables faciles et bien entretenues permettant de faire de très belles balades en toute sécurité. Le mobil-home est très propre, bien équipé, dans un cadre agréable et entièrement clos à des tarifs très attractifs.
Hâte d y retourner pour pêcher les éperlans, tellines, palourdes, couteaux et autres coquillages.
A recommander sans hésitation.

The mobile home is very well placed to visit the whole island by bike. It contains the necessary to be able to spend a good week. La Perroche beach is good for relaxing. I highly recommend.

Mobile home not first generation but maintained wonderfully. Everything you need is there. Except a small electric oven. Otherwise completely closed. In a really quiet area and 200 m from the sea. Close to all shops. Very easy access. Owners of very good services and information. Everything is done remotely with a serious extra. I highly recommend . Good holidays .

Dans un coin vraiment calme et à 200 m de la mer. Proche de tout commerces. Accès très facile. Propriétaires de très bons services et renseignements. Tout se fait à distance avec un sérieux extra. For the second time we are renting a mobile home from Mr. C.. We are still happy with the welcome we received and the warm contact with the owner. In terms of accommodation, the mobile home is recent and very pleasant in terms of layout, especially the living room. In the bedrooms, integrated mosquito nets also provide protection from small pests. Pour la seconde fois nous louons un mobil home à Monsieur C.. Nous sommes toujours aussi content de l'accueil qui nous est réservé et du contact chaleureux avec le propriétaire.
Côté logement, le mobil home est récent et très agréable en termes de disposition, notamment la pièce de vie. Dans les chambres des moustiquaires intégrées permettent, en plus, de se protéger des petits nuisibles.
La proximité de la mer et le prêt de vélo permettent de bien profiter des lieux et de savourer pleinement les vacances.
It was with great pleasure that I rented the same location as last year where I had a very pleasant and very relaxing stay like last year. The location and the equipment are pleasant and friendly in a small private campsite with discreet people in a very small, very old, picturesque village with lots of flowers the mobile home is well equipped and the owner is very attentive to the well-being of his holidaymakers. Sometimes I talk about it around me during vacation conversations and allows me to praise this little corner of paradise to some of my acquaintances knowing that they may be interested!!! Ce fut avec un grand plaisir que j'ai reloué le même emplacement que l'an passé où j'ai passé un séjour très agréable et très reposant comme l'an passé . L'emplacement et l'équipement sont agréables et sympathiques dans un petit camping privé avec des personnes discrètes dans un tout petit bourg pittoresque très ancien bien fleuri
le mobilhome est bien équipé et le propriétaire est très attentif au bien être de ses vacanciers .
Il m'arrive d'en parler autour de moi lors des conversations vacances et me permet de vanter ce petit coin de paradis à certaines de mes connaissances sachant qu'ils peuvent être intéressées!!!
