You will be staying in a 2-room apartment with a total area of 50 square meters, located on the 1st floor. The living/dining room is bright and comfortably furnished, featuring a double sofa bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long) and a flat-screen TV. The room has access to a balcony. Additionally, there is one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long).

The kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet. A garage space (number 28) is provided for your use during your vacation.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and only one small pet or dog is allowed. The apartment is equipped with a smoke alarm for your safety.
