Area and activities :
- In just 15 minutes' walk along the seafront or along the shopping street, you can reach the inner city.
- There is a market on Place St Servan 200 m away on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- A small oyster market is open every Sunday on Place Bouvet (theatre square).
- 2 mini-markets open 7 days a week less than 100 metres away on foot.
- St Servan is famous for its main shopping street, the solidor tower and the Cité d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo.
- Beaches and walks: Sheltered from the wind and bathed in sunshine, Saint-Servan's beaches and charming coves are ideal for families. On the bas-Sablons beach, just below the flat, you can enjoy lunch or a drink at the "Bac'O Sablons" while your children play on the sand below.

- Saint-Servan is served by several bus routes: route 1 (intra-muros/station/Madeleine shopping centre), route 8 (Intra-Muros/ Quelmer and its walks along the banks of the Rance), and route 3, which takes you to other seaside areas such as Plage du Sillon, Paramé and Courtoiville.
- You can also choose to cycle to the station (local à vélo).
