Inside: mosquito nets, functional air-conditioned kitchen cozy and well-appointed rooms. The location of the villa is close to the beaches / coves only 100 meters (you can go on foot). In the area there are the following places': 2 km San Foca, 8 km Torre dell'orso and 25 km are Otranto and Lecce! Tutto molto professionale e accogliente grazie al Titolare Riccardo e dei suoi collaboratori Mirco e Federica , tutto corrispondeva a quanto indicato nell'annuncio , la casa Villa Pacifica molto confortevole bel giardino dotato di tutti i comfort: parcheggio coperto interno per l'auto area esterna attrezzata con doccia, barbecue , tavolo e sedie per pranzare e cenare . All'interno : zanzariere , aria condizionata cucina funzionale camere accoglienti e ben arredate . La location della villa e' vicina alle spiagge/calette solo 100mt (si puo' andare tranquillamente a piedi). In zona ci sono le seguenti località' : 2 km San Foca , 8 km Torre dell'orso e a 25 km si trovano Otranto e Lecce !

Villa ideally located, very close to the beach, in an adjacent street to avoid noise and traffic. Neighborhood also very well located for sightseeing in Puglia. the outdoor shower is a sacred addition. Great quality for the price. Some details like lack of hooks in the bathroom prevent it from saying it was perfect.
Villa idéalement située, très proche de la plage, dans une rue adjacente pour éviter le bruit et la circulation. Quartier également très bien situé pour faire la visites des Pouilles. la douche extérieure est un sacré plus.
Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Quelques détails comme le manque de crochets dans la salle de bain empêchent de dire que c’était Parfait.

Rental from completely matching description and my expectations. Furthermore the spa of Bibione is very pretty and nice. The beach is really 5 min. walk (so no need to take the car). We also liked the proximity of Venice.
Location correspondant complétement au descriptif de départ et à mes attentes.
De plus la station thermale de Bibione est très coquette et agréable. La plage est réellement à 5 min. de marche ( donc pas nécessaire de prendre la voiture ).
Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité géographique de Venise.

I really enjoyed to stay at Villa Harmony because the house was very comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities: washing machine, 2 ° shower outside, large garden with table and chairs for outdoor dining, television, new furniture, beds and a sofa bed very comfortable, and efficient kitchen utensils, air conditioning! The house's proximity to the beach, consisting of 4 beautiful street of sand and rock uncrowded, have enabled us to enjoy the fantastic sea of ??San Foca and to be able to take to the beach comfortably at any time. In the house, a few km away reachable by car, many beaches with fantastic landscapes as Sant'Andrea, the cave of poetry or the Bay of the Turks, etc ... Mi sono trovata molto bene a soggiornare presso Villa Armonia perché la casa era molto confortevole, dotata di tutte le comodità necessarie: lavatrice, 2° doccia all'esterno, ampio giardino con tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto, televisione, arredamento nuovo, letti e divano letto molto comodi, stoviglie e cucina efficiente, aria condizionata! La vicinanza della casa alla spiaggia, formata da 4 stupende calle di sabbia e roccia poco frequentate, ci hanno permesso di godere appieno del fantastico mare di San Foca e di poter scendere in spiaggia comodamente a qualsiasi ora. Nelle vicinanze della casa, a pochi km di distanza raggiungibili in auto, tante spiagge con paesaggi fantastici come Sant'Andrea, la grotta della poesia o la baia dei Turchi, ecc...
Concludo ringraziando il sig Riccardo Refolo per aver contribuito con la sua casa vacanze a farmi trascorrere questo bellissimo periodo di ferie.

A peaceful holiday! Location of the house perfect for quick access to any beach or cove. With 5 minutes you reach the beach of Torre Dell'Orso, with 5 minutes you get to the pool of Poetry (you can not go there), with 3 minutes you get to the last beach ... or with 2-minute walk you can go the different bays in front the house! I want to say congratulations to Richard for his professionalism and availability! Hello Riccardo we meet again next year.
Una vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità! Posizione della casa perfetta per raggiungere velocemente qualsiasi spiaggia o caletta. Con 5 minuti si arriva alla spiaggia di Torre Dell'Orso, con 5 minuti si arriva alla piscina della Poesia (non puoi non andarci), con 3 minuti si arriva all'ultima spiaggia... altrimenti con 2 minuti a piedi si può andare nelle diverse calette di fronte casa!
Voglio fare i miei complimenti a Riccardo per la sua professionalità e disponibilità!
