The house consists of two separate apartments of which only the lower floor is available for rent. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one double and one single), bathroom with shower, washing machine, living room, kitchenette, square with a splendid view of the Gulf of Asinara and Badesi, parking and garden.
Important: Check-in after 4pm. Check-out before 9am.

The house is located in the northern part of Sardinia, in a small characteristic "stazzo gallurese", which is a small village in the municipality of Badesi.
The closest beach is the Badesi Public Beach "Li Junchi", one of the longest sandy beaches in Sardinia, 8 Km long. By renting this apartment, you will have free access to a private portion of the beach accessible only across our land and located 4 km from the house.
Splendida vista sul Golfo dell'Asinara, accesso privato a spiaggia sabbiosa distante 4 km o spiagge pubbliche di Badesi. La casa si trova nello Stazzo di La Tozza, in posizione collinare poco fuori Badesi.
Badesi e' un paesino caratteristico della Gallura in una posizione strategica per visitare altre località sulla costa quali Castelsardo (bellissimo borgo medievale), Valledoria con le sue spiaggie e Isola Rossa, piccolo villaggio di pescatori con porto turistico. Badesi è inoltre a pochi minuti di macchina dalla stazione Termale di Santa Maria Coghinas e Viddalba. La posizione della casa è ideale per chi vuole trascorrere un soggiorno immersi nella natura e con una vista mozzafiato.
