The apartment is exactly as described in the announcement. It is spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for vacation. We stayed there for a week and immensely enjoyed it. It is located in the center of town and close to all the amenities and beaches by foot. All the necessary appliances, water, gas, electricity, plus free internet are at your disposal. Ample parking nearby. A separate thanks to the owner and manager of the apartment, Antonio. He is very welcoming, accommodating, professional, and attentive to any request you have. Upon arrival he helped us with our luggage, gave us recommendations and directions to beautiful beaches and fantastic excursions, was available at any moment of the day and answered and accommodated us in any possible way. Thank you, Antonio, for such an enjoyable stay in beautiful Sardinia! I highly recommend this property to all vacation seekers.

I fully confirm the text of my first review of the last year about the kindness of Mr.Hervé, the house high comfort and spacious, very well equipped. The surrounding landscape is simply wonderful; also the certainly that this villa is in the best three rental I have done in more than 40 years in Sardinia holidays.

The five of us had a wonderful holiday. The house was completely quiet and didn't overheat even in August thanks to the wonderful location. The house, especially the kitchen, has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice and practical. The building fabric was very high quality. The terrace was a dream, with a wonderful view and always a shady, well-ventilated spot. Thanks to the secluded location (but you can still get to Santa Teresa Gallura in 10 minutes by car) in the middle of the macchia, pure relaxation is guaranteed. Broad-tailed turtles live in the garden and the neighbor's 3 donkeys are also a really lovely addition. The "Crique" recommended by Hervé is more than a dream with a wonderful sea and underwater world. The Valley of the Moon can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Conclusion: for us it was a dream holiday! Thank you Hervé!
Wir haben zu fünft einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht.völlig ruhiges Haus , auch im August dank der wunderbaren Lage nicht überhitzt. Im Haus, insbesondere in der Küche ist alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sehr bequem die Badezimmer sehr schön und praktisch. Die Bausubstanz sehr hochqualitativ.Die Terrasse ein Traum, wunderbare Aussicht und immer ein schattige gut durchlüfteter Platz. Dank der abgeschiedenen Lage (trotzdem ist man in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in Santa Teresa Gallura) inmitten von Macchia ist Erholung pur garantiert. Breitbandschildkröten wohnen im Garten und die 3 Esel der Nachbarin sind auch eine total liebe Bereicherung. Auch die von Hervé empfohlene " Crique" ist mehr als ein Traum mit wunderbarer Ober und Unterwasserwelt. Das Mondtal ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Facit: für uns war es ein Traumurlaub! Wonderful holiday spent in this family house with breathtaking sea views, from which to enjoy a different wonderful sunset every evening. The lady and owner makes you feel like you are at home. Kind and hospitable. Also super available to recommend beaches, places to visit and places to eat typical cuisine. We spent a wonderful week. The house has everything and also enjoys an unrivaled peace to be able to rest. Highly recommended and maybe we will return. See you soon Badesi.

La signora e proprietaria ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa. Gentile e ospitale. Inoltre super disponibile a consigliare spiagge, luoghi da visitare e posti dove mangiare la cucina tipica. We stayed a week in this apartment, comfortable and very clean, in a quiet and breezy location. Domenica was very kind, available for any needs during the stay. The apartment has everything you need, from appliances to kitchen utensils. We really enjoyed it, a welcoming feeling of home. We hope to return in the future!
Siamo stati una settimana in questo appartamento, comodo e molto pulito, in posizione tranquilla e ventilata. Domenica è stata gentilissima, disponibile per le eventuali necessità durante il soggiorno. L'appartamento ha tutto quello che occorre, dagli elettrodomestici agli utensili per la cucina. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, una sensazione accogliente di casa. Speriamo di tornare in futuro!

Very large apartment, there is everything you need. Spacious terrace with garden, there is even a shelter for the car. The host speaks perfect French, very kind, very welcoming and we really appreciated his good tips. Perfectly located for the beach and shops. We also appreciated the air conditioning in the room. Appartement très grand , il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Terrasse spacieuse avec jardin, il y a même un abris pour la voiture. L'hôte parle parfaitement le Français, très gentil, très accueillant et nous avons beaucoup apprécié ses bons plans. Parfaitement bien situé pour la plage et les commerces. Nous avons également apprécié la climatisation dans la chambre. Je conseille vivement.

Very good location. Very appreciable air conditioning. Very nice owner. A terrace for eating outside. A very useful outdoor shower to rinse off when returning from the beach. A shower room with toilet and washing machine for each room, ideal when traveling with friends. The owners lent us beach chairs and umbrella.
Très bonne localisation. Climatisation très appréciable. Propriétaire très gentil. Une terrasse pour prendre les repas en extérieur. Une douche extérieure très utile pour se rincer en revenant de la plage. Une salle de douche avec WC et lave linge pour chaque chambre, idéal quand on voyage avec des amis. Les propriétaires nous ont prêté chaises et parasol de plage.
My family and I had a great time. The owner was super helpful and the house allows you to enjoy the right amount of relaxation. Very close to the well-known beaches in the area, but the possibility of reaching very beautiful beaches on foot makes it even more convenient, if ever there was a need given the large spaces available.
Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo. La proprietaria è stata super disponibile e la casa permette di godere del giusto relax. Vicinissima alle spiagge conosciute della zona, ma la possibilità di raggiungere anche a piedi delle spiagge molto belle la rendono ancora più comoda, se mai ce ne fosse bisogno visto i grandi spazi che ci sono a disposizione.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, quiet but at the same time a stone's throw from the state road and still from the most beautiful beaches. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need in a house. The owner was very helpful for any need, including the directions provided for the nearby beaches. The terrace where you can dine is very nice. Around the apartment there is a market, a bar, an ice cream shop, a takeaway pizzeria and a delicatessen where you can shop. There is also a beautiful restaurant where you can have a drink and dinner. The supermarket is a few km away. The only flaw is that the air conditioning is only in the living room. In the master bedroom there is a blade that moves the air but in the bedroom the heat (very high in the days we were in Monte Petrosu) was felt. The apartment is absolutely recommended!
L'appartamento è molto carino, comodo, silenzioso ma nello stesso tempo a due passi dalla statale e comunque dalle spiagge più belle. L'appartamento è molto attrezzato e si trova tutto quanto serva in una casa. Il proprietario è stato disponibilissimo per qualsiasi necessità, comprese anche le indicazioni fornite per le spiagge vicine. Il terrazzo in cui cenare è molto bello. Attorno all'appartamento ci sono un market, un bar, la gelateria, la pizzeria da asporto e la gastronomia in cui poter far acquisti. C'è anche un bellissimo ristorante in cui fare ape e cena. Il supermercato è a qualche km di distanza.
Unica pecca è che l'aria condizionata è collocata solo nella sala. Nella camera matrimoniale c'è una pala che muove l'aria ma nella camerina il caldo (molto elevato nei giorni in cui eravamo a Monte Petrosu) si è fatto sentire.
L'appartamento è assolutamente consigliato!

The apartment is nice, the master bedroom and the bathroom are large, a second smaller bedroom, a small kitchenette and a living room where 2 can sleep. The apartment has a large uncovered terrace where you can dine. Equipped with dishes and pans. The owner, Mrs. Patrizia has always been very helpful. Some flaws concern first of all the air conditioning which unfortunately is only in the master bedroom and cannot cool the entire apartment, making the nights very hot in the other rooms as the available fans are not initially able to make up for the lack of an additional air conditioner (perhaps it had to be kept on all day). The TV has a decoder and its use is a bit complex. Some small shortcomings such as non-working power sockets and lamps, the broken shower slider as well as thedish drainer door, which can certainly be remedied. Apart from the heat (very high during the days we were in Costa Rei), the apartment is comfortable.
L'appartamento si trova in linea d'aria a poche centinaia di metri dal mare, arroccato sulla montagna e per accedere al mare è necessario fare una lunga discesa o percorrere una scalinata che all'ora di pranzo è da fare sotto il sole. Noi abbiamo sempre utilizzato l'auto per andare al mare. L'appartamento è carino, la camera matrimoniale e il bagno sono ampi, una seconda camera più piccola, un cucinotto piccolino e una sala in cui poter dormire in 2. L'appartamento dispone di un'ampia terrazza scoperta in cui poter cenare. Attrezzato di stoviglie e tegami. La proprietaria, la Sig.ra Patrizia è sempre stata molto disponibile. Alcune pecche riguardano in primis l'aria condizionata che purtroppo si trova solo nella camera matrimoniale e non riesce a raffreddare tutto l'appartamento, rendendo le notti molto calde nelle altre stanze in quanto i ventilatori disponibili non sono avviamente in grado di supplire all'assenza di un ulteriore condizionatore (forse bisognava tenerla accesa tutto il giorno). La TV ha un decoder ed il suo utilizzo è un po' articolato. Alcune piccole mancanze come prese della corrente e lampade non funzionanti, il saliscendi della doccia rotto così come lo sportello dello scolapiatti, a cui sicuramente si può rimediare.
A parte il caldo (molto elevato nei giorni in cui eravamo a Costa Rei), l'appartamento è comodo.
