The apartment is exactly as described in the announcement. It is spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for vacation. We stayed there for a week and immensely enjoyed it. It is located in the center of town and close to all the amenities and beaches by foot. All the necessary appliances, water, gas, electricity, plus free internet are at your disposal. Ample parking nearby. A separate thanks to the owner and manager of the apartment, Antonio. He is very welcoming, accommodating, professional, and attentive to any request you have. Upon arrival he helped us with our luggage, gave us recommendations and directions to beautiful beaches and fantastic excursions, was available at any moment of the day and answered and accommodated us in any possible way. Thank you, Antonio, for such an enjoyable stay in beautiful Sardinia! I highly recommend this property to all vacation seekers.
Very convenient apartment for beach service. Ideal for 2 people Unfortunately there is no mirror in the house, but all in all it can be accommodated. The owner is very kind and helpful. The town is very welcoming and characteristic. We will definitely return.

House corresponding to the description of the ad, spectacular sea view, Martino always very kind and helpful, we found everything we needed to spend a nice holiday. The first beach reachable (by car or with free shuttle bus at set times) is Porto Ottiolu (stupendous sea), followed by Budoni but, in about 15 minutes you can also reach L'Isuledda and in 18 La Cinta, both in San Teodoro. Highly recommended!!!
Casa corrispondente alla descrizione dell'annuncio, vista mare spettacolare, Martino sempre molto cortese e disponibile, abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere una bella vacanza. La prima spiaggia raggiungibile (in macchina o con bus navetta gratuita ad orari prestabiliti) è quella di Porto Ottiolu (mare stupendo), a seguire Budoni ma, in 15 minuti circa si raggiunge anche L'Isuledda e in 18 la Cinta, entrambe a San Teodoro. Consigliatissimo!!!

To get to the apartment you have to go up 2 flights of stairs but they are not tiring. The location of the apartment is very convenient, 2 steps from the center of the village and the beach that can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. The only flaw was the morning noises already at 6:00, caused mainly by the street cleaners in collecting the recyclable waste.
Per arrivare all'appartamento si devono fare 2 rampe di scale ma non risultano faticose. L'ubicazione dell'appartamento è molto comodo, a 2 passi dal centro del paese e dalla spiaggia che si raggiunge a piedi in meno di 5 minuti. L'unico neo sono stati i rumori mattutini già alle 6:00, causati soprattutto dai netturbini nel prelevare i rifiuti riciclabili.
The house is perfect and clean, great location, 2 things we didn't like, N° 1 the deposit, N° 2 lack of air conditioning when it's hot you can't stay.

This is our second stay in the beautiful Hervé villa. I fully confirm the text of my first review of the last year about the kindness of Mr.Hervé, the house high comfort and spacious, very well equipped. The surrounding landscape is simply wonderful; also the certainly that this villa is in the best three rental I have done in more than 40 years in Sardinia holidays.

Well equipped house with ideal space division for a family and in an excellent position both in relation to the center and the beaches. Marina super helpful, even from a distance she always responded immediately to any of our doubts! Highly recommended!

Wonderful holiday spent in this family house with breathtaking sea views, from which to enjoy a different wonderful sunset every evening. The lady and owner makes you feel like you are at home. Kind and hospitable. Also super available to recommend beaches, places to visit and places to eat typical cuisine. We spent a wonderful week. The house has everything and also enjoys an unrivaled peace to be able to rest. Highly recommended and maybe we will return. See you soon Badesi.

La signora e proprietaria ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa. Gentile e ospitale. Inoltre super disponibile a consigliare spiagge, luoghi da visitare e posti dove mangiare la cucina tipica. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana stupenda. La casa ha tutto e inoltre gode di una pace senza rivali per potersi riposare. Super consigliata e magari ci ritorneremo. A presto Badesi.

The five of us had a wonderful holiday. The house was completely quiet and didn't overheat even in August thanks to the wonderful location. The house, especially the kitchen, has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice and practical. The building fabric was very high quality. The terrace was a dream, with a wonderful view and always a shady, well-ventilated spot. Thanks to the secluded location (but you can still get to Santa Teresa Gallura in 10 minutes by car) in the middle of the macchia, pure relaxation is guaranteed. Broad-tailed turtles live in the garden and the neighbor's 3 donkeys are also a really lovely addition. The "Crique" recommended by Hervé is more than a dream with a wonderful sea and underwater world. The Valley of the Moon can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Conclusion: for us it was a dream holiday! Thank you Hervé!
Wir haben zu fünft einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht.völlig ruhiges Haus , auch im August dank der wunderbaren Lage nicht überhitzt. Im Haus, insbesondere in der Küche ist alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sehr bequem die Badezimmer sehr schön und praktisch. Die Bausubstanz sehr hochqualitativ.Die Terrasse ein Traum, wunderbare Aussicht und immer ein schattige gut durchlüfteter Platz. Dank der abgeschiedenen Lage (trotzdem ist man in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in Santa Teresa Gallura) inmitten von Macchia ist Erholung pur garantiert. Breitbandschildkröten wohnen im Garten und die 3 Esel der Nachbarin sind auch eine total liebe Bereicherung. Auch die von Hervé empfohlene " Crique" ist mehr als ein Traum mit wunderbarer Ober und Unterwasserwelt. Das Mondtal ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Facit: für uns war es ein Traumurlaub!
